Such a positive experience. My partner and I were in the market for a new bed. We visited Sleep Country beside Linen Chest, and had made a fairly final decision (that included leaving a deposit on the bed we liked), even though the service Sleep Country had provided was only so so. We went into Linen Chest to purchase some towels. Neither of us had shopped at a Linen Chest before, so we didn’t realize they too sold beds. We were instantly assisted by a very helpful, knowledgeable and personable Jacob. He took very good care of us, and provided superb customer service. Without prompting, he included some extra items and incentives to sweeten the deal. He worked closely with his manager Patrick, who also added some extra bonus items. In the end, after a few hours, we left with not only a fantastic deal on an amazing bed, but we also dropped a lot more money on some items we maybe wouldn’t have necessarily purchased, but because of the atmosphere and how the entire team at Linen Chest took care of us, we had zero reservations and spent freely. Linen Chest has found two new loyal customers who will continue to shop there, not only for their fair prices and wide selection of goods, but because of their customer care. They really went above and beyond to take care of our needs, and make us feel like valued customers. Kudos to them, in an age where hands on care has gone by the wayside.
