I was looking for a particular set of wine glasses, that I pictured in my mind. I had not seen them anywhere because they were basically just in my imagination. First time I walked into Linen Chest, I came across the discount section, and there was the perfect representation of what I had imagined! And they were 50% off! I bought 2 sets then went back the next day and bought the other 2 boxes that were left. They were an anniversary gift and they LOVED THEM! This store is fantastic, has everything you need and want!

DO NO CHOOSE 2-HR CURBSIDE PICKUP ON LARGE ORDERS! I FINALLY got a call THIS MORNING to go pick up my August 28th "2-hour curbside pick up" order !!!???? (today is September 15th!) I know shipping from most companies has been greatly impacted because of Covid-19 but...this was kinda crazy!! My order was fairly large (2 sets of sheets, 2 extra sets of pillow cases, 1 quilt, 1 heavy cotton blanket, 1 sherpa comforter set and a mattress pad - all for a double bed) and they had everything in-stock except the quilt. But they wouldn't allow me to go pick up the items they did have without cancelling my order first and then re-purchasing all of it, excluding the missing quilt. Then I'd have to go back a second time to purchase the quilt once it did arrive. That seems like a very inefficient way to serve customers! I didn't even get a call to say there'd be a delay, I had to call them...days after placing the order...and ask what was going on. ???? Needless to say, I'm disappointed. The products are all great - don't get me wrong - but they have to work on their customer service policies if they want to stay competitive. I purposely used #LinenChest because it is a Canadian company! I ordered all my son's dorm room bedding and a few Christmas gifts as well this summer and they came to my door within days, so that was AWESOME! Just won't be using curbside again any time soon.

If I could give this place half a star I would, I have heard from friends who shop there a lot that managers/employees have been caught yelling at staff or customers, lowering the overall moral in the atmosphere. Also, the layout fo the store is worse than I have ever seen a store layout . It honestly makes you feel claustrophobic. I do not recommend any of their products because home sense or winners is 10x better and 10x better prices, linen chest has given me the worst shopping experience ever.

Bought curtains which they had to ship me half of due to a lack of stock. After I was told they had arrived they were nowhere to be found. To be clear this delivery issue was a Canada Post problem but thats not why I left a 2 star review. After this problem I contacted linen chest and they took a month with which they did nothing to try and resolve this issue. All they had to do was call Canada Post and after 5 phone calls they finally agreed to do it. Super poor customer service overall. There was a manager I spoke to who agreed to resolve my problem who was great but my overall experience has been quite poor. (Their products are good but the service is terrible).

My first visit to the Linen Chest on May 21 resulted in a second visit on May 23. On my first visit, I was welcomed at the door and offered coffee, latte, water. The selection is extensive. There is lots of help available. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. My second visit today on May 23 was even better. Unknown to me they had a sommelier on site with wine and cheese offerings plus lots of information as to aeration of wine and the benefits of doing so.. This lady was personable and very knowledgeable. All staff on this recent visit visit were very helpful This will be my new go-to place.

Such a positive experience. My partner and I were in the market for a new bed. We visited Sleep Country beside Linen Chest, and had made a fairly final decision (that included leaving a deposit on the bed we liked), even though the service Sleep Country had provided was only so so. We went into Linen Chest to purchase some towels. Neither of us had shopped at a Linen Chest before, so we didn’t realize they too sold beds. We were instantly assisted by a very helpful, knowledgeable and personable Jacob. He took very good care of us, and provided superb customer service. Without prompting, he included some extra items and incentives to sweeten the deal. He worked closely with his manager Patrick, who also added some extra bonus items. In the end, after a few hours, we left with not only a fantastic deal on an amazing bed, but we also dropped a lot more money on some items we maybe wouldn’t have necessarily purchased, but because of the atmosphere and how the entire team at Linen Chest took care of us, we had zero reservations and spent freely. Linen Chest has found two new loyal customers who will continue to shop there, not only for their fair prices and wide selection of goods, but because of their customer care. They really went above and beyond to take care of our needs, and make us feel like valued customers. Kudos to them, in an age where hands on care has gone by the wayside.

Great place , for me as a man , makes my head spin.... my friend , well she had to match everything.... i just wanted to fall down and sleep..on there comfortable looking beds. Men stay away , let the women do the shopping at this store... decided and went back to buy some bedding myself , the sales lady who was serving me , Black hair , small frame , glasses left me standing in the middle off our conversations to attend another client when he ask a question . Nice place i thought to myself and left , this women needs a lesson in respect.

I like the products here, have bought great espresso machine, but the service today was super slow waited forever at the cashier and at the end, doesn't show the right price as the advertisement. Probably stick to the Mic Mac Mall one, better customer service there.
