Yesterday, they suddenly decided to close 2 hours early hours, with no notice, supposedly due to COVID. While I was standing outside texting my partner, they denied multiple customers our medications because THEY didn’t change their hours online. They then called the police on me because I had a panic attack and almost cried over being denied the primary medication I use to control my complex PTSD symptoms. As someone who has been physically assaulted by the police for being mentally ill before, that was one of the most harmful things they could have done for my mental health. I have called in a formal complaint about the conduct of the manager, whose conduct with frightened, confused patients was utterly unethical. Quite frankly, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this Lawton’s in the past. But this is by far the worst yet.

Really just awful, rude, unhelpful pharmacy staff, the rest of the store is great the home health girls the cosmetics and the front cash are all great...just go around the corner to shoppers or the superstore, even the other Lawtons at the Hfx shopping centre if you need anything rx related.

Not a very big Lawtons but they have the essentials. There’s a post office inside and it’s located close to a few medical clinics.

I really like this Pharmacy they're always willing to help their so nice they have a really good health department there where you can pretty much pick up anything from wheelchairs to canes to anything you need and the prices are really good and everyone in the store really really knows what they're talkin about

One of the only post offices in the area, and a very good one at that. Never had ANYTHING but nice encounters with the staff here: they do their hiring and training well!! Quite a convenient location, next to a very large parking lot.

Pharmacy staff is rude extremely rude, and it's not just a one day thing it's a all the time thing. They never have what's in the flyer and when they do its nasty. Last week sale on bacon, bacon was warm and beginning to turn colors in there fridge. I can understand not so fresh products in a HUGE store (because it's so big to go through), but this store is no bigger then a 2br apartment. You should be able to check if your tiny fridge has bad food in it. But seeming the front end staff was to busy standing there talking laughing and singing I guess that's why bad products can't be gone through.
