Honestly love the service here. Went in a couple times to look at frames and all the ladies are great. Once I got a new prescription and went to pick out some new glasses they were all helpful giving me honest opinions on what looked good on me. I couldn't be happier with the glasses I got (which were done in less than a week in Late November) and the service means ill be back. Have since went back to get a quote on replacing lenses in my old frames and again can't say enough good about these guys.

Amazing service, quick delivery and affordable costs. Staff were so helpful and professional. I had some issues with the fit of my original pair of glasses and the staff at the Mic Mac Mall location were more than happy to help me find a new pair at no extra cost!! I will be buying my glasses here from now on, I encourage everyone to do the same! :)

The optometrist there is wonderful and very kind. My wife and I both got our perscriptions from here. However I had to take home my wife, who was in tears, after the front end woman openly berated her for choosing to get her glasses from elsewhere. She then proceeded to lecture her on why she should have gotten her glasses with them and made her generally feel very stupid. We will not be going back for sure.

Latonya was a wonderful, top notch and A1 help to me with picking out my glasses. The optometrist is super fantastic, kind and gentle. The rest of the staff here are so great also and my experience here was so 1st class that I felt so at home here...I have referred my daughter and friend to come here when they are ready to get their glasses. I haven't bought glasses here yet, but I will for sure. Saw their sign in the mall so I went in to ask some questions. I think I might need to have my first pair of glasses and the woman was so nice and answered everything even though Im sure some of my questions were dumb. I'm going to book an eye exam soon, and will for sure be going back to them.
