I am so very glad I decided to drive the 2 hours to visit Hakim Optical. I am so pleased with my glasses and the staff are totally awesome!!!!!!!! They were informative, friendly, knowlegable, just plain great. I will recomend this store to everyone who will listen to me lol. Thanks

Rude staff. Sarah one of the two ladies working at the Bayers Lake location yelled at my 3 year old for touching a pair if glasses. She made a big deal because he wasn't wearing a mask (he's 3 and won't keep it on his face). I am a single mom during the day and had to take my two children into this store to purchase glasses. I will NEVER go back to this location. Sarah needs to be ashamed of the way she treated my 3 year old. She will be reported to their head office.

I am blown away by this place. I dealt with Cheryl who I believe is the manager she was amazing. very helpful and friendly. She even got me my glasses in record time. I highly recommend these guys.

They lost my file and then called me after reading my bad review and had found it. I don't know where it was but I appreciate them going back to look for it and in the end, finding it. Don't know why it couldn't be found previously but it was good of them to go back and check.

While the secretary was incredibly sweet and polite i'm incredibly unhappy with my service here. An 80 dollar eye exam did not cover measuring my pupillary distance which is imperative for you eye prescription as this measurement makes sure your eyes match up with the center of your lenses. I was only told after I paid for my eye exam that this would be another 50 dollars. I do not think I will be returning here.

I went into Hakim out in Bayers Lake, Cheryl, Allen and the rest of the staff are amazing, I went in to change my bifocals to progressive, well I decided to get new frames as well. The wonderful and professional service was awesome, I could not have asked for anything more. I will truly recommend Hakim to my family and friends. WTG team!

Very poor service. The girl, Sarah, just sat behind the desk and pointed to where the glasses were. I was the only person in the store and she answered my questions with very vague answers. I quickly realized that she had no interest to help me find a pair of glasses so I walked out. She never even said goodbye. I always bought my glasses at Hakim but no more. Very disappointed.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store. The staff were VERY rude and certainly not helpful. Against my better judgment, I decided to wait for the lady to finish her rant about the other optical stores in the vicinity but in hindsight I should have walked out. I ended up with glasses that did not fit properly, even after returning twice for readjustment and I paid far more than I should have. The frames are extremely overpriced and frankly the staff were not knowledgeable about their own product. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere. Please!

We are very plreased with staff service. My mom had her eyglass tamples and the girl fixed it really quick and she did not even charge us. She did it for free for us. I definately recomend this place to everyone.

Booked eye exam online. Went in to store a few days in advance to check out their frames. Rep in store said not possible to be booked for eye exam as online system not working. He checked his computer and there it was, but their store doesn't do eye exams on that day he said?? So no appt, no apologies. Lucky if I could get one in 2 months, I declined.

Glasses lenses from Hakim are the best price in town. Shop around and you'll agree. Customer service is also excellent. When my optometrist's office errored and gave me an old prescription instead of a new one, it led to a kerfuffle as they refused to accept accountability. Hakim took the brunt of their arrogance and even absorbed a loss to help me. Moreover, this is the third pair of Hakim lenses I've had, and they're great. A well earned 5/5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

Went in to Hakim in Bayers Lake with my husband to check out glasses was going to purchase 4 pair all total. Walked out and will go somewhere to another eye glass company. Staff member gave us a tray and then once a few pair were picked she was very unhelpful and rude like she just couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend this eyewear place, if you need eye wear purchase them elsewhere.

They have good pricing and the efficient staff.The location is convenient for me and the staff are always keen in helping customers with the selections. Staff put the needs of the customer first.
