The lack of customer service hasn't gotten any better at this store. I went to exchange my headset because it doesn't work and I have the extended warranty. They exchanged it and refused to place the extended warranty on this new replacement. Well I didn't like this so I went online to complain. I'm still waiting for a response and it's been 3 weeks now. I'm not very pleased with the service or lack of service I'm receiving from this company. Don't go here if you can avoid it. You'll be buying from a company who refuses to stand behind their products and only care about the bottom dollar. If no stars were a possible rating this toy store deserves it. No wonder they're going bankrupt.

Very happy with the customer service at the Sackville location. We purchased a headset for our son this xmas and it stopped working recently. When we took it down there were no questions asked and they replaced it no problem as we had purchased the extended warranty! It was a quick transaction and needless to say he is happy with his new set!! Great customer service guys!!!!!

This site is a bit I the small side so everything looks jammed together on the shelves. It can make it hard to find things unless it's recently released, or popular.

Decent but small store. Thankfully not too busy and well laid out despite it being a smaller location. The staff are helpful and great you when you come in but don't hover around you like they do at some other locations which is nice. They also remind all customers to sanitize their hands.

Manager is a dick. Treated me like a child when I picked up an item and didn't realize there was a sign stating an employee must be present. I then asked a simple question and they basically made me feel stupid for asking. Very condescending. If the prices weren't terrible enough, the customer service seals the deal. Never again. Sticking with Kijiji...

Bought a Disney cookie jar, got it home it was defective. Returned it the next day not even 24 hours later...they would not refund only give me a gift card. ???? Their return policy states within 30 days. Then the ugly dude with a mustache named "Hat" says "you obviously dont shop here" Well...my Platinum Edge card says otherwise....but no more.

I love EB games, but they didn't meet my needs several times. I still like going there to look around but am disappointed when they tell me that they no longer are receiving and selling a product. I will say that the staff is friendly.

Love this store!! Knowledgeable staff, clean store, good selection. The only drawback, is the store was a bit cold, plus the prices are the very high end. You can get much cheaper products from other stores unfortunately.

Staff are very helpful and super friendly, the have lots of merchandise stocked in the store but at the moment I think they are a bit low on their video games. Which makes total sense since so many people are staying home all the time now and it's tough getting shipments into the country. It's sad to see these stores closing as I always loved going in to browse through the games and get feedback from the staff. I hope they suck around for years to come.

Very cramped store, and the extremely rude and pushy staff do not make up for it. I appreciate that things like upselling me on a crappy plastic flashlight because I'm buying a product with a related character on it is probably mandated by corporate. But, please, for the love of god, take no for an answer. It took three "no, I'm all good for today, but thanks" for the guy to FINALLY let me pay and leave. Go elsewhere.

A staff member passed my daughter six times without bothering to ask if he could help her, although he did ask to get past her a few times!!! She came home and ordered the game she was looking for at EB Games from Amazon.ca, it was significantly cheaper than in EB.

Miss the days when you could rent a game to see if it fits your desire... these guys prey upon your lack of knowledge about games and in general when asked you'll get a bunch of hums and haws that they even got to service you.. in the end Do research on games via Google so ya don't have to deal with these crooks
