This is a big Dollarama, about 50% larger than your typical store. I has a bigger selection of stuff and it isn't as crowded as most Dollaramas. Staff are good. The parking spaces are a bit tight and it is really busy on the weekends.

Store is great but the unprofessional lady at the cash, Paula, really does no service to our community. Other staff are friendly and helpful but this woman should not be allowed to work in customer service. Terrible attitude with customers, negative to co-workers in front of shoppers, more than once when we have shopped here. I'll avoid this location until she's gone or has some retraining.

I do love going to Dollarama but I don't love not being able to return or exchange things. If I buy something that's broken or doesn't work I'm stuck with it and Dollarama has my money. You might think that's no big deal because it's so cheap but if a lot of people buy it at one store and you multiply that by all the stores across the country, that's a lot of money Dollarama is making things that don't work

It's cheap, items ranging from under a dollar to 4 or 5 bucks. The perfect place to go if you need just a loaf of bread, some junk food, crafting supplies for a rainy day or even some kitty litter to tide you and your cat over. It's a surprisingly wide selection, and the quality of many of the items, for what you pay, is better than expected.

Just what you would expect from Dollarama: prices are generally around $1, but some are now as high as $4. I also find their stores all have this claustrophobic aspect to them, because the isles are so narrow and the shelves are so high and full of things to check out. It’s an intoxicating experience. I really like going there just to browse. This particular location is in a great spot, but their parking lot is busy and the spots are small.

This store in Perth is a nice big store with wide aisles perfect for social distancing. I didn't give it 5 stars because it suffers the same issue as other Dolllarama's, stock shortages, and useful stock that is not being carried anymore. I'm still positive about Dolllarama, as they have useful items for $4 or less. I recently bought 2 wireless chargers ($4 ea.), and a set of wireless earbuds for $4 that outdo the $25 pair I made the mistake of buying at Giant Tiger

Bring your own bags, but you aren't allowed to put them on the counter...doesn't make much sense If they are sanitizing the counter between customers. Packing my own bags I already feel rushed and clustered, trying to make sure nothing is scanned twice, rang in wrong, etc and there is no where to put the bag you are packing. Employees touch the items to put on the shelf, you touch to put in your cart, on the counter, they touch to scan. Why can't they pack(ok some customers don't wash their bags, yuck!) or at least allow customer to pack on the counter(you're going to disinfect it anyway)?

In terms of Dollarama’s, this is quite great. As a teacher I was able to find a ton of affordable rewards to add to the students reward chest when they earn points for following classroom rules. Plenty to choose from at this location.

They have all sorts of things in this store. We were able to find some inexpensive crafts for our kids to do for a long car ride and get some odds and ends as well. It's not a "dollar" store, so all items are not just $1, but things are generally inexpensive.

I do NOT like this location...not only can u not find anyone to help you, but when you do, they don't speak English well enough for me to understand. Every staff member in an Ottawa store should know how to speak FLUENT ENGLISH AND OR FRENCH. I will not be back. I also worked here at this location and I ended up quitting after being called names by one of the senior staff members...I worked for this company for 3 years and was horrified to see the abuse happening...Not a nice place to be

Store is clean and well stocked. However... Grumpy lady at cash. Takes a line up into the store to call help to cash. Huffs and puffs when you have a few items over 2. Stuffed things into two shallow bins I bought including a heavy large glass jar. Lids didn't fit on the now stuffed bins so put them in standing up wedged in the side and figured I would carry both out like that and a bag across the parking lot to my vehicle. When I explained this could not be done (nevermind try to unlock and open my vehicle) she grumbled and shoved both into one bag. I understand that it is difficult times and everyone is on edge but I feel you should not be on cash if you are miserable. Stock shelves instead. And she did not wipe the counter after the last person left. I think I will be travelling to Kingston Dollarama from now on.

I was looking for some puzzle books and as I was heading to the cash I stopped and looked at the highlighters that caught my eye, they were at the end of the isle. The lady at the cash was staring at me as if I had a kick me sign on my back, she approached me and accused me of stealing merchandise. I was not stealing but argued with her and another employee for a good 10/15 minutes. Even after I emptied my pockets on the front counter they were insistent that I was stealing and threatened to call the police... I told them i had no issue with the police being called. After I told them to call the police they finally let me go, no apologies or anything just acted as if nothing happened...

As soon as I stepped in the door... 20 minutes before close, I was immediately informed they were closing in 20 minutes from behind the cash. Not approached, not how are you, not a can I help find anything? Just shows where there customer service is... Get out so I can go home. I used to manage a store. You lock up when the customer is done not after you have pushed him out.

We waited in line foe ever for a cashier. One cashier on. Finall calked another one still in line up. Most people were complaining of yhe waiting. This Dollarama is really quite dirty. The floors have actual visible dirt on them as well as some of the shelves, the carts are not being sanitized between uses and the cashiers dont wear their masks over their noses. They have completely stopped monitoring the number of people inside the store. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I was in there today (December 23, height of omicron) and 3 out of the 5 cashiers on had their masks positioned *well below* their noses. One of them even kept deliberately pushing hers down below her nose when it crept up. Did not seem cautious at all.
