This store is a one stop shop for outdoor adventurers and sporting enthusiasts. Need a bike, new hiking footwear, clothing for various sports, equipment for every sport imaginable... this is the place you need to shop at. Knowledgeable and helpful staff in every section and they even have a rental section for bikes and more!

I've had nothing but great experiences here, but my best experiences were with the bike shop staff; I took my bike in for repairs and needed the derailer fixed, the gears replaced, the chain replaced, the breaks tightened, and a whole bunch more. Not only was it extremely affordable (only $115 including parts and service) but the turnaround time was only 9 days and the staffs' communication in providing updates was fantastic. A couple weeks later (today) I went back, and Dave, the gentleman who repaired my bike, was there again when I went in to buy parts. He noticed my bike seat that I had installed a couple years ago was on wrong and didn't catch it during fixing my bike, so he fixed it for free for me today. Then, he helped me pick out a speedometer/odometer for my bike, lights, a bell and bottle-holder, and offered for me to install all of the stuff in the seating area near the bike shop and kept coming over to check on me while I installed them in case I had questions. Top notch service, super friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

Lydia was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable and I also appreciated that another employee I asked for help acknowledged that my question was not of her expertise so she went and found an employee who she knew had the knowledge I needed. I interacted with 3 employees and each of them was very friendly and helpful. Prices are great and stock is adequate, variety is vast. My only complaint is that they have extremely limited and stock for skateboarding, definitely not the store for that sport.

In store at Dartmouth, the staff are fantastic and can't do enough to help, but on-line or on the phone they are SHOCKING! Today Monday 15th March, I have phoned three times and listened to the menu options, 1411hrs, 1418hrs, 1424hrs, each time I was on hold for 5-6 minutes being told that I'm 1st in the queue, and each time I got cut off. The reason for the call, to check where my 48hr delivery is that I ordered on 11th March? Four days ago. Really disappointed. Because love Décathlon!

Excellent selection for all sports, clothing, etc. I like that they have actual products set up for you to see instead of guessing what it looks like from a picture on the packaging. The only reason for a 4star rating is the selection of pickleball products, other than that, YAY I love Decathlon ????

At first glance some of the products actually looked pretty decent. I asked a staff member what I needed in order to try the bouldering wall and they said I only had to put on shoes and go. No staff supervising the 20ft wall which was sort of strange... Upon climbing, two younger children began trying to climb and running underneath me while I was getting near the top and ready to dismount resulting in a scary and dangerous close call! My partner and I were appalled! In addition, the staff and father (staring at his phone the whole time) acted ignorantly as if nothing was happening for the entire 10 minute duration we attempted to test the shoes. Very irresponsible and reckless...

Such a great store. New experience in buying sports equipments, gears, clothings and footwear. You can try almost anything here before buying it. The quality of products are really good and the price is sometimes less than the same item you can find at a dollar store. High quality products comes in an affordable price that will not hurt your pocket. You can play ping pong in the middle of your shipping or going to the court to play soccer, baseball, basketball, or doing climbing ALL FREE. Nice and friendly staffs, easy checkout and return. I should say, they have to increase the number of cashiers, as this place will be crowded for sure after pandemic. I wish they had professional biking services for us that we got our bikes from other stores, years ago. This is my favorite place these days and it's absolutely better than Forever 21, the store before Decathlon at the same place, with that terrible customer service.

I was there this evening with my bf and we both had over $100 with the stuff each in our hands and went up by customer service desk and asked to pay with cash and the supposed manager she said she was said if you're going to pay with cash you maswell forget about it and go to a bank or pay by card because something is wrong with the cash register and I don't know what to do right snarky personally I didn't like her attitude and she kept getting upset when we asked if she can try to fix it or ask someone for help.... an then she turned to us and said well I guess you should go then if cash is all you have... because this isn't working tonight we were so offended we put our stuff back and left empty-handed...there's no need for rude customer service I worked retail for years and that's the worst I've ever been treated you call that a professional and she's supposed to be a manager well I will not ever shop there again after my experience and I suggest others to stay away as well..... stressed me out so bad I almost had a seizure I had to leave your customer service person tonight has no respect for customers...

Very happy to see it's finally here on the east coast. What I say about, It's huge that means it got everything related to outdoors and sports. Prices are fantastic like stuff came out of china but fact is mostly not. Self checkout is modern, you just need to throw stuff in 'em and it'd ring in without any hassle. Customer representative are also friendly and ask you if you need any assist.

I'm a big fan of sharing- decathlon has a second hand center, bike service, demos on most of the product, and staff that are knowledgeable about what they're doing. Seems like a great place to work too if they're allowed to play with the equipment on down time

I had an absolutely awesome experience in your store. I had a Christmas present to return without a receipt. Johnathon listened to my problem and immediately set to fix the problem. I simply needed a smaller size in a product and he took me right to it. In and out in 10 minutes. Problem solved including signing me up for your program. Very happy customer????
