Look. These guys seem like they often offer pretty good service but what we got today was garbage. The website mislead us in what we ordered, a travel mug with a picture on it. The picture is small the quality of the mug and print are cheap and when we tried to discuss the matter the reply was that this was the picture we received. He was right it was the picture we sent, except in a MUCH better resolution and not to mention the way they set up the picture.

Dropped in here for some passport photos and they were done in less than 10 minutes. Super fast service and their prices seemed pretty good too. Anyone needing british passport photos this is the place to go, they have the software that can modify the background for the specific requirements.

Atlantic Photo Supply is the place to get photos printed in Nova Scotia, full stop. The quality is unparalleled (if you think Walmart and Staples are good... you might think again after printing here) and the staff are very friendly. I've printed hundreds of photos and dozens of canvases and have always been very happy with their work.

I see some negative comments here, but this is not Walmart photo by any stretch. If you need quality- real quality photo work, this is it. They know their stuff and they charge for that knowledge. I keep going back because of the extra effort.

The only camera shop in Dartmouth that gave me a proper answer regarding a photo for a Chinese visa. "Sure we can. Just lookup the sizes". Snap, scale, print. Everywhere else I went couldn't scale and print without a china visa button.

Ordered prints from Atlantic photo supply. Their website is very easy to upload and use. Luster prints are very high quality. Only problem is I never received any communication on when prints were done or would be done and the shop was hard to get on the phone and didn't respond to my email. Improved communication would be 5/5. Will give further business in the future.

I could not ask for a better place to shop! They provide top notch service even after the sale. I was looking for a wide lens. I gave them a call and they had the lens I was looking for in stock and even at a better price than I was expecting. Even with the pandemic going I was able to go to the store for a no contact pick up. I had an issue editing my pictures and they were awesome at helping me figure out my issue. I can't say Thank you enough.

This place is THE GO TO PLACE to have all of you're photographic needs attended to. They have been looking after my needs for years now and never have I once had an issue with their services and the quality of their printing equipment and knowledgeable staff would make any choice other than Atlantic Photo Supply questionable in my opinion. I had gone to Walmart to get my photos printed and they turned out absolutely awful. The colours were overexposed and everyone's face had really harsh lines. I called Atlantic Photo Supply and told them about what happened at Walmart and they explained to me the different printing processes and why the photos turned out the way they did. I went straight to Atlantic Photo Supply, got my photos reprinted there, and they turned out AMAZING! Will always come back to get my photos printed here.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to *Atlantic Photo Supply, Dartmouth*. I’ve taken several photos there to have various things made:canvas prints, photo mounted on board, old photograph restored, and most recently to have photos taken and printed of an oil painting and a charcoal sketch done in Paris, 1969. Each time I explained what I wanted, and the staff member would give me their best advice for achieving the best outcome. Unfortunately, when the last order was picked up, it fell off a vehicle. The oil painting was lost (frame and all) and the glass in the framed Paris sketch was disintegrated. The staff at Atlantic Photo walked along Wright Ave and found the CD associated with the order, but no sign of the oil painting itself. They posted the loss of the oil painting on their social media accounts.To date, however, there has been no word about the oil painting - which has absolutely NO VALUE to anyone but my family. Today I picked up the sketch and the new prints. Regarding the Paris sketch, a second photo was printed, the glass for the framed original had been replaced, and rather than reframing it, they suggested a little black sharpie will colour the chipped parts of the frame. The reprinted oil painting photograph is extraordinarily well done: the texture of the paint on the painting made it very difficult to photograph and my family all agree that the painting has been well captured. I can’t more highly recommend Atlantic Photo Supply Shop in Dartmouth for both the quality of their products and the quality of their advice and service.

I ordered a license plate for Christmas, had the photo sent as I wanted it to appear on the plate. Didn't open the package until Christmas morning. I was very disappointed as they cropped the picture and only 1/2 of the boat appears on the plate.
