Very good experience. Staff is so considerate and will help you with everything. Hassan(store associate) helped me with my size. I have a mobility issue (due to my bad hip), he made me sit and have me try my shoes. ????

Cheat to sale I will title this experience with “cheat to sale” I am used to buying from Aldo always it’s my favorite shop but this is the worst place I have ever bought from it. They are not honest. I had an important occasion and of course I got used to buying my signature Aldo shoes. But what happened was that what I wanted to buy was not available and I asked the lady there to order it online for me and I asked her more than once and clearly whether it would arrive on time and she was nice and she assured me that and stressed that the matter will not take more than four days as they used to, but my request did not arrive When I asked her, she told me that it takes five days, which she did not explain to me in advance, because then I will not make the purchase at all. now I complete 2 weeks and they say it is not in their hands they are only employee and this is true. But they do not tell the truth from the beginning so the customer takes the correct decision. They rush you to parches. They are no honest to tell you that the product my be tale because of Coved19. They cheat the customer until he/she buys the shoes and then they say sorry, we do not know when your shoes will arrive. It's really a shame that employees at ALDO behave this way.

Bye Bye Aldo. I buy all my footwear and accessories from Aldo until I had to return one item and learned something about your return policy which is horrible. I bought a bag for my wife at Aldo shoes shop situated in Halifax shopping center. We reached home and my wife changed her mind. Next day we went to return the item but gentlemen at the register said that we couldn't return as I cant find the receipt that was sent to me over the email. Yes, it is my mistake that I didnt check an email when gentlemen sent a receipt to my email id but who does that. I never received any email. Now, gentlemen said I cant return it as i dont have receipt. Item to return is in untouched condition and still has barcode ok it. How on earth it be possible that Aldo cant retrace my purchase from barcode and return? You have lost a customer who was regular and loyal.

The first sales person I was dealing with was not helpful at all I asked for a pair of shoes they went in the back and came out all aggravated and said no they don’t have them as I was about to walk out another person approached and said can I help I said yes I was looking for this pair of shoes but they said they don’t have them she looked very puzzled she went in the back and found them immediately I don’t think it is very professional of Aldo to have rude people representing their company they almost lost out on a sale

Nov 24, I had an excellent experience at this store in the Hfx Shopping Centre. I was in Brown's at the shopping centre which was not a great experience. The clerk at Aldo was very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for..a comfortable pair of boots. Love them. Thumbs????up. She was very personable as well. The other clerk was helpful as well. Thank you. I'll be back.

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered online and received a low quality pair of slippers that i wore only once, indoors for a few hours, and i couldnt believe the coating came off! I was shocked! This standard of product is unacceptable from Aldo! The store wouldn't accept the return saying its not a manufacturing defect. Lost my money. Disgusting customer service and quality. There is absolutely no standard. Im never buying anything from Aldo ever again. Please dont waste your money here. Invest it somewhere else not Aldo. Zero quality. Maybe good for one time use disposable shoes!

As you'd expect for a mall shoe store. Fairly small location. They only carry their own brand which imho is overpriced based on quality. The accessory rack in the back is the silver lining for me. Prepare for a hard upsell at the cash if you decide to buy a pair.
