My husband and I have been loyal customers of optic creations for well over 10 years now. I truly cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received every two years. They are extremely accommodating, kind, and overall are absolutely the best business ever! In the past, we had dealt with Sam, but since he has left, Chris is the new manager and he is stellar. Clearly, this is an extremely well run organization, and they truly aim to please. They have an outstanding collection of designer frames, and are able to meet any budget. We have never been disappointed with the exemplary service, and quality of frames and lenses that they have provided over the years. We have been completely loyal to them, and this will never change. I truly cannot recommend this place enough! They will definitely not disappoint. Thank you so very much for your excellent service in the past 10 years! My husband and I truly appreciate the wonderful way we are treated each time we have come in. I highly recommend anybody looking for new lenses and frames to visit this location! Not friendly and not helpful. I went today looking for a computer glasses, told sales would like a very simple for computer use only single visions. The sales gave quotation are unexpected. I told her that wasn't what I want. She seen not interested to help further.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got 2 pairs of glasses and got a pretty good discount. Would definitely commend going here if you want to get a pair of glasses or sunglasses, they have a huge variety of glass frames.

Amazing staff who are very patient and will go through many many frames with you to find you the perfect pair! It's a little bit harder to try on glasses with masks due to COVID and the extra cleaning procedures but they are very accommodating and professional! I have recommended all my friends who require specs to visit their store!

Ive been a long time customer of this location and their other location in Chinatown. But turns out they sold me a high quality replica of Tom Ford glasses. I have a friend who owns a glasses store because these pairs of glasses I bought always slip off my nose and I needed help to fix it. Thats when they informed me the glasses are replica, there isn’t any serial number on my glasses which is standard for any Tom Ford glasses. Usually these serial numbers are laser printed so it won’t be washed off at all and they took a look at my glasses and it doesn’t have that. So needless to say I won’t be coming back to this store to buy anything anymore.
