Just picked up eyeglasses and sunglasses and the service was amazing! Got good quality, sturdy and stylish glasses that are not giving me allergic reactions and the sunglasses I brought in myself were matched to be exactly the same shade as the originals! Definitely will come back or recommend to others looking for quality eyewear

We went to see Dr Jacky Ock for a full eye examination inside MUJOSH optical. We were very pleased with his thoroughness, attention to detail and friendliness. The optical has the latest selection of glasses at a very reasonable prices. Highly recommended this location for your glasses needs.

There are much better places to get glasses. Overall, bad and confusing communication between the staff and customer. I came in the store and asked if clear prescription lenses could be put in a pair of sunglasses (I liked the frames but didn’t want sunglasses). The staff said yes. I didn’t have my prescription on me so I came back a couple days later. I was met by a different set of staff who said that putting in the lenses wouldn’t be possible. Confused, I explained what was told to me earlier. They continued to deny that clear lenses could be put in. It was disappointing but I found a different pair. AFTER making the purchase, I was told to come back in 5-7 business days because the lab technician who could fit the lenses had left for the day. I asked for a refund as I needed a pair of glasses earlier and didn’t want to make another trip. After failing to complete a refund and needing to text someone else, both staff disappeared without saying anything. Later, a staff member came out to tell me that they can have my glasses ready in an hour. The whole interaction was frustrating. 1 star for the frame variety 1 star for the store layout (nice to browse) Will not be making any future purchases.

Got a pair of glasses from this brand almost 6 years ago back in China and quality was great. And today I visited this store in Toronto to get my newly bought pair of sunglasses adjusted. The service was free even I didn’t purchase my sunglasses in the store. The lady staff told me the risk ahead of the service and had the work done in 2 minutes. Perfect service was performed at no cost! I would definitely come back if I need any optical service and recommend this store to my friends and whoever see my post here. Ps they also have sunglasses.

Really awesome experience! Finally got my new glasses today. Helpful friendly professional Doc and assistants are here to help. Got lots of chic frames and even lenses are free!!! Only few hours u can get ur brand new glasses! Highly recommended！

Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. The one star review talking about poor custody service could not be more wrong. The gentleman, I think his name is Ruben, who fixed my glasses last week was extremely polite and very funny as well. I'll definitely be back for a new pair when my insurance ready! Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! The glasses came even earlier than quoted. I waited less than 24 hours for them. Amy is super helpful and even remembers what each customer has previously tried on. She is honest about what it looks like and the prices are very difficult to beat. Thank you!

Be very honest picked glasses show the prescription to the girl at yorkdale mall mujosh store. After i paid she ask me send the prescription one more time to a email address which I did.she told it would be ready send to my adresss in 3-5 days. After 4 days I just wanted make sure everything no problem. The lady on the phone told me they only received my payment but they don’t have my prescription. And already 4 days after, no one called me even they got my number. If I don’t call to make sure i don’t know when could I get this thing over with. The lady told me because they were so busy thats why they forget. I know this is not a serious thing. But I have to share my bad experiences hopefully they get improve and other customers make sure call back to check with the store or head office. sorry my English not so good.

Overall bad experience, purchased and had to return item because of bad customer service. Highly not recommended, there are better optical inside yorkdale.

I love my new glasses!!! I have never said that about any prescription glasses ever in my life. I have a very high prescription (-8.75) so I'm usually told I can't get thin frame lenses. I also don't have a high nose bridge so my glasses are always sitting on my cheeks. Not only were they able to offer me thin frames but their non-nose pad styles had a larger nose surface meaning every single frame fit me!!!! I also got my eye exam here with Dr. Jacky and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both the doctor and the staff helped me choose frames that helped me see properly out of my thick lenses. It tends to warp at the edges so I could only pick certain styles. I have never been to any professional lens makers who ever had this information. I'm so impressed. Now that I got my glasses, they not only fit me perfectly, I can see out of them almost as if I were wearing my contacts and they're stylish. They're also very light so they don't hurt my ears and I noticed the nose pads are not made of plastic but of clear rubber. Which is why they don't slide, even when I'm looking straight down. I'm extremely impressed with every aspect of this experience and will recommend anyone with the same eye issues as me to this store. Thank you to the girl that helped me. I never got her name but she was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect, she always answers the phone when I call, she helped me find frames every time I come to the store and find ones that fit my face perfectly. She deserves a raise.

Awesome experience ! I purchased a new glasses and it’s about 25 minutes to install the lens for me. I appreciate the salesperson is called Rona or Mona. She used few tools to tune up my old glasses (I purchased from other store) in really detail . Thanks for your professional service.
