- Made me go back to the waiting room for "10 minutes" while drops worked, and proceeded to see another customer for 15-20 minutes. Not cool. - Told me my glasses would arrive in 4 days, it took 10. - Made me come back 3 times to pick up trial contacts, each time giving me 1-3 pairs because they were out of stock. - After ordering a 3 month supply of contacts and knowing all along I was completely out of contacts, they refused to give me two more pairs to bridge the wait. Instead, I canceled my order and went to Clearly and picked up contacts the same day for $30 less.

They are kind and patient with kids as well! I have referred many friends to them as well and I know those friends are still long time patients and clients. Their offices are modern and clean and offer a great selection of quality eyewear. I would highly recommend them.

I had ordered eyeglasses online from an online retailer, which arrived with incorrect lenses. Dr. Chu measured the lenses, ordered the correct prescription, and personally drove to pickup the new lenses from outside of Toronto to expedite the process - all during a global pandemic. Dr. Chu is professional, courteous, and enormously helpful. Highly recommend.

First time here. Booked online, they called me back to confirm appointment. Front Front desk Front desk lady was very friendly and nice. Booked appointment for 12pm and my friend who bought me to this place booked for 1230pm. When we got there there was already a guy waiting. We checked in and I was the first to be seen. After the initial part of the exam I had the eye drops put in my eyes so I had to wait for my pupils to dialate. Instead of my friend going in next the other guy went instead? After that my friend went. This whole juggling was a bit awkward. I understand that I have to wait for the drops to work but my 12pm appointment took until 115pm to complete. That seems like a long time for an eye exam if you ask me. No where did it mention taking so long when when I booked. Doctor was nice enough and tried to hurry when I said I had to go to work. Place is cozy but bright. Overall not really sure if if would return again, I may want to try out a different place next time. Not sure if I would recommend either as the appointment time length and juggling of patients may not be everyone's cup of tea.

My contact lens always arrive within a few days and the glasses that I have order from them have always been of excellent quality. I know bring my two young children to the practice for their eye exams as well.
