I have been going to Josephson for more than 14 years. I've visited every location and the high quality of service was evident at each store. They are very patient, give you time to peruse the selection and help you find the right pair of frames. During the most recent shopping trip I had the pleasure to deal with Susan B. At the Bayview location. I came in with 3 of my children, Susan was very attentive and accommodating and allowed me to take the time I needed to pick out new frames. When the glasses arrived I picked them up immediately. When I got home I noticed there was a strip of film left on the lense from the factory. I called Susan and she travelled all the way to my home in Whitby to remove the remaining film. I have never seen such personal service before. I will continue to shop at Josephsons for the amazing selection and person service you won't find anywhere else.

Only went in as I was specifically looking for a pair of Cartier frames. The Cartier website directed me to this location. The customer service was very poor. I was assisted by an older middle eastern woman and after informing her that I was specifically looking for a certain type of Cartier frames she proceeded to tell me that without the specific product number or style number she couldn’t help me. I ended up going to another dealer of Cartier eyeglasses who was far more interested in my business and took the time to take me to their computer and search for the exact pair I had described. Needless to say I purchased from them. Just very surprised as I was expecting more especially from an optical store who officially retails Cartier products.

TEAM OF EXCELLENCE ! I strongly recommend Bayview location not only they have a huge selection, but also they provide professional and friendly service that I have never experienced before. Susan and the other team members were very much helpful to find the frame that I was looking for as well as to find the correct lenses to meet my eye light sensitivity. They also check every single detail when I went to the store to pick up my reading and distance glasses. I have been purchasing my glasses more than five years and will keep shopping at Josephson Opticians.

I left a pair of reading glasses which I purchased from them to be repaired. They lost the glasses and will not take responsibility. Staff and Director of Operations, Namita Karir, unprofessionally rude. Talks over the person and does not listen to customer or unable to take responsibility for their mistake and she was nit Anne to offer a solution except a 10% discount for another outrageous pair of glasses. I do not recommend this location or Josephson Optician cause the management is no longer the same with the same reputation. Everything is overpriced and staff and management are nit accountable and rude. Tahr your business somewhere has. Namita Karir is a rude uncaring unprofessional person who is incapable as a Director if Operations as she calls herself.

Called for appointment to get a minor repair for tightening an arm. Was told when I arrived only repair glasses bought there. Fact my wife has been a long time customer and purchased many pairs didn't matter. In an age where when business craves customers this unprofessional outfit didn't care. Rude. My family will never frequent again. Terrible service. I saw your reply. I didn't want a replacement of anything. All I asked for was to tighten a screw. I would have paid $ 20 for 20 seconds of work. Instead you lose hundreds of dollars in business. Makes no sense to me.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! First time to Josephson, loved it. They are probably the only store that carry Chrome Hearts in Toronto and you can get prescriptions for it under one roof. Not only that they have premium collections also the service was outstanding. And you can fell that "Satisfaction guaranteed". Highly recommend to people who like high end glasses.

First class customer service experience since 2005. I cannot emphasize enough of how much I value Gela and Susan for their professional competence and their welcoming attitude towards customers. Bought my 21 pair of eyeglasses there in June 2020 with Gela and Susan. Best advice on lenses, honest recommendation on frames best suitable for me, superb client service for frame adjustments and replacements of nose pads. Always feel welcome to come back if I need their services. In my mind the opticians at Josephson in York Mills offer high quality lenses and frames as well as provide excellent costumer services.
