Worst Hakim store. Worst manager. Avoid going there because you will get shitty service with low class behaviour from the manager, unless you buy something. Don't know why theses people got hired in the first place. Hakim brand image is damaged.

Store owner was great. Helped me find the perfect frames to fit my face and I love the frames I ended up with. I went here for my first pair a couple years ago, and returned again today for the second pair. No complaints. I like this store and I will continue to go back in the future.

Ok . I went there to buy 2 frames . The 1st second I walked into the stores 2 white males that worked there and started questioning me . Asking me if I have my prescription . Then 1 of them pointed to the eye examiner next door . I was trying to look at frames I wasn't able to even look or browse . I took my money elsewhere to Yorkdale and bought Versace and Burberry instead.

If you are placing an order here and picking up the glasses, that overall process is fine. However, the atmosphere in the store is not welcoming if you are searching for frames and need some help. I'd say the manager there has poor people-skills, although he could be good with other skills needed to perform his job. Overall, I felt I was not treated well as a paying customer.

They sold me 2 cheap frames for over $650 which gave me a wound at the back of my ears, I kept going back for adjustment which wasn't fixed ,the manager had to remove the original temple and put in some cheap soft ones. Not quite 4 weeks, one of the frames broke,took it back for replacement. After a few weeks I had to return d same frame because they forgot to make it transition which I paid for originally. Today I had to return this same frame after the rim broke.The experience todate is so traumatizing to me as each time I had go to the store It really costs me a lot of time and stress to get back home.especially after a long day at work. I have been using glasses for over 20 years and I have never had such a horrible experience and pain. I am so disappointed with this particular store. Management. Its not about replacement but getting it right the first time to avoid unnecessary trips back to the store

I absolutely recommend Hakim Optical! Special mention to Ramy- he is knowledgeable about the products in the store and patiently helped me choose the perfect frames! I am happy with the quality of the frames too. The store is well-organised and follows all mandatory COVID-19 protocols such as sanitizing the frames that customers try on, before putting them back on the display areas.

I wonder when the manager stopped enjoying his job, if he ever liked it at all. Like many people, I ordered glasses without checking to see if my insurance covered them. Turns out I ordered just a few days too soon. When I discussed this issue with the manager, he told me, "That's not my problem." Surly, rude, disrespectful. I'm boycotting that store.

Went in at 2 pm.. Empty store..And finally asked by a mobster punk what I need.... Showed him prescription and old glasses fixed...He went nutty on me...Next door a happy helpful Indian with a store fixed me up,..What a strange manager he was towards my business.
