On Friday November 23rd, I went to this location with my prescription and forms from ODSP. I have been going to this place for a very long time. The person I dealt with before was Fred, who is a very polite and kindhearted gentleman and makes you feel very comfortable. I then learn Fred is retired. The gentleman I spoke to I informed him that I would like a pair of glasses that is covered by ODSP. He then started quoting me prices which I informed him that Fred usually have glasses that are covered by ODSP. To my surprise, he started shouting in my face saying he is trying to help me. I did not respond, he is now closer to my face and said " SAY SOMETHING" " SAY SOMETHING" I still did not respond, that's when he got a bottle of water took a drink and went to the back. He then came back threw my paper work at me and said "DO NOT COME BACK HERE" I was very fearful of this person, it was also embarrassing because there was at least 15 people in the waiting room for the medical doctor.
