I went there for an eye exam. the customer service was good but the optometric person was not friendly and he was nervous and aggressive. He was in rush and when I asked to repeat his words he was acting rudely. Also the eye exam equipment's are very old and I could not trust the result. Never ever I go to this City Optical anymore and I don't recommend it to anybody as well.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this City Optical. The selection of eyewear is perfect and I was able to get multiple pairs of glasses for my entire family. The employees were so professional and kind... they were very knowledgeable about the fits in reference to face shape and the types of lenses available for my family and I. Highly recommend this location, as I will continue to get all of my eyewear from here!

A few months ago I got $700 glasses for free lol. I talked to Supervisor Kate and complained about the staff and she gave me everything for free. She believes any lie you tell her… Great service!!!! Lol

I called this City Optical to make an appointment for order my glasses. As soon as I said I called yesterday and from social services I.... She intrupted me and very rude/ aggressive said yesterday is yesterday, so what !!!??? I got shocked and said why are you very nervous and rude !? I am very upset with her statement towards a client and her words was so impolite and not acceptable and I am going to follow up officially. Never ever I go to this City Optical anymore.I don't recommend to anybody.

I was helped by Goli at the Yonge and Steeles location. She was incredible. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, I could not have chosen glasses so well suited for me without her expert guidance.
