Felt very safe shopping here, with strict COVID precautions in place. Mo ensured all glasses were cleaned with appropriate products. He has always been helpful in terms of narrowing the perfect style with a variety of selections to decide from. He is very knowledgeable, and has a variety of lenses to choose from as well. He makes the process of choosing the right pair easy. Highly recommend this place, me and my family will continue to shop here.

I went to buy a pair of glasses as a backup only for my contact lenses. I had no intention of wearing them regularly. The glasses are so good, and meet my needs perfectly. Now, I never wear contact lenses. I now keep the contact lenses as my backup and use the glasses only. They are great!. Truly remarkable service. I feel like I am treated like royalty. The owner was very patient and took him time to ensure I had the perfect eyeglasses for me. He answered my many questions in terms a non-expert understands. Even if he hasn't seen me for months, he remembers my name and still treats me like I am the most important customer he has. A friend recommended VisionWorks in Capilano Mall to me. MO is a professional guy, knows about different range of glasses suit you the most. He also provides affordable prices that you barely can find in other optical stores. Free Vision-Test is a plus if you decide to purchase your glass there. He is also welcoming, making you feel convenient during the time you are there that makes you to freely select among well-known brands. (Preparation time to have my glass on was only 3 days which is quite quick in my opinion.) I recommend you Vision-Works if you mind the eyes- health.

I have been going to Vision Works since 2011, I use to live in North Vancouver then but moved to Maple Ridge and still will make the trip to North Vancouver for my contact or glasses needs. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. I also had a few questions and they were able to help me out over the phone as well - can't say enough about how great they are. I also do my eye exam there and they are AMAZING!! Highly recommended.

I don't know where all these great reviews are coming from. I don't believe they are real customers. I paid for extra thin, anti scratch, anti glare and anti reflective lenses all of which I did not get. I was also told that I was getting quality, expensive frames. The arms leading to my ears started peeling soon after I got them. I have been wearing glasses all my life, this has never happened. You can't believe their claims. I have to get new glasses even though my prescription hasn't changed and it hasn't been long since I got these. Needless to say I won't be going back.
