Great service. Receptionist/tech greeted me with a smile and hello then took me for the first part of the eye exam. The doctor came into the room immediately after she had seated me and he was polite and efficient. The other receptionist/tech greeted me with a smile, asked me if I wanted my reminder to go out by email, took my payment all while being polite. I was in and out within 30 mins. It was smooth like butter, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, checked in and moved on to the first room of tests, then moved on to meet with the doctor, she went through everything and answered all my questions and like that got a new prescription and went next door to have it filled. Best Optometrist I have ever gone to. Impeccable service and care, always. Today is a perfect example of how they take care of their patients. I had a contact issue this morning, I was nearby so decided to go in to make an appointment personally. Before I knew it, I had new contacts in both eyes and Dr. Hakimzadeh was examining to ensure they fit properly. Angela was amazing, she knew there was an available free spot and quickly let me try the contacts on and took me right into the doctor's office. Dr. Hakimzadeh is a great guy, very friendly, genuine and professional. I have never had a better experience. Thank you for the incredible service.

These guys are awesome! The doctors on through to Angela and the staff upfront. I have been coming here for over 10 years now, amazingly enough they remember who I am, they have the best contact lenses and pricing around! I tried one of those online places but quickly realized that at the end of the day I was better off buying them from somewhere who stands beside and behind their product. They are excellent with kids and are even open Sunday!!

Arrived a few minutes early, was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. A couple of questions about the reason for my visit and then a brief exam by an assistant. After that I was brought into the full examination room where within a minute the doctor came in and conducted the necessary tests. She also explained the results to me and suggested treatment options. All was professional, personable and I felt well taken care of.

After the eye exam and seeing the doctor, I was given a prescription and left the office. After an hour, I was on highway 1 driving home. Then, I received a call from the staff asking me to come back because My pressure check is incomplete!! The doctor ignored staff’s note to do additional the test on me. I was feeling unwell and went to the clinic to have it checked. My expectation is to pick up prescription and rest at home as soon as possible. To spend on gas and time like a few hours driving back And forth in traffic of North Van and Highway 1 is the worst first experience with this eye clinic. Everyone is friendly. But their communication among the team seriously needs improvement. I am very unhappy about inconvenience happened yesterday.

I went here because it was the only place that had availability on short notice—my usual optometrist was unavailable. Dr. Hakimzadeh just goes through the motions, like he couldn't care less. He wouldn't take and keep digital images of my retinas for future reference; and when I asked him about it, he said he will only it that when he thinks it's needed. Other optometrists (not just my usual one) take and keep digital images of my retinas for future reference. Dr. Hakimzadeh doesn't seem to think it's useful, like he doesn't care to see you again in the future. He also refused to give me a prescription for allergy drops unless he could actually see my hay fever symptoms. Other optometrists (again, not just my usual one) have all given me prescriptions based on my description of my hay fever symptoms. So I had to go to a walk-in medical clinic where I described my symptoms (because I wasn't currently suffering), and the doctor gave me the prescription.

Friendly staff and their attention to cleanliness and sanitation was exemplary. The optometrist was a young Persian lady who demonstrated her knowledge well. She was attentive to the concerns I had with my eyes and she took precise measurements which best suited my eye condition.
