It was my first time visiting an Ollie Quinn store. I visited the North Vancouver branch on their second day of opening. The store layout is very bright and welcoming. The selection is well presented and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. They let me try many styles and made good suggestions. They sanitized the frames for the next customer right after I touched them and put the frame down, so I felt very safe. The prices are great. Highly recommend.

The price of the sunglasses was affordable. I did not have to run a complicated mathematics calculation in my mind. What I loved the most, the employee was not a pushy salesperson. I enjoyed my shopping experience and recommended it to others to visit this optical store.

I recently had one of the best experiences as a customer EVER here. I walked in one evening to browse the sunglasses and the girls working were incredibly helpful. They let me try on everything and even brought out pairs from the back which weren't on display that they thought I'd like. They both gave me genuine opinions on what they thought looked good on me and what didn't – a rarity in retail! This is so valuable!! I didn't think I'd be buying something when I walked in but wow, I was so impressed with the service and the product that I purchased some then and there. They even made adjustments to the sunglasses I ended up choosing to fit me better. I'm a convert to Ollie Quinn now and my next pair is undeniably going to be from here.

We were recommended to check out this cool national brands new location in Victoria. Aside from having what are the MOST affordable, hip frames, the two young ladies who run this store are amazing. Welcoming, warm, friendly and super knowledgeable, they guided us through their inventory, made excellent suggestions and showed us some really great frames, When the glasses were ready we notified promptly and sooner than we had been promised. They not only know their product but told us where to go for an amazing lunch (BAO) and delivered THE best service that I have experienced in Victoria. We can't wait until we return to Victoria so we can choose more glasses at their exception store.

I was looking for simple but elegant frames and found exactly what I was looking for. I feel I might have wasted my money for so many years for those "popular" brands. Pam, the optician, has made my experience smooth and easy from start to finish. She is very calm, friendly, and professional and has made my pandemic time visit worry-free. I don't think I'd trade my new Ollie Quinn glasses for others.

The glasses are funky and inexpensive but the quality is quite low. The arms of my glasses are two different lengths and I’ve had to bring them back twice to be refitted. They bend easily and the lenses are poor quality as well. Also, they may seem local but they are designed and assembled in China. That being said, they’re great as a back-up pair or if you like to have a couple of different styles.

I brought in my glasses (years after buying them) because the nose pads had broken and they fixed them right before closing for no charge. Also- When I bought them I had a really pleasant experience- the sales staff were really nice, helpful and patient. Great quality and pricing.

I have been buying glasses more two decades now and have usually found it to be a stressful experience—over-priced frames; harried or ill-trained staff; poor customer service follow-up. But now I’ve discovered Ollie Quinn here at home in Victoria and it was the most wonderful experience, start to finish! First, the store is a beautiful space, full of light, and many—but not TOO many—choices of frames. Then there are the attentive—but not aggressive—staff, who really LISTEN to what you say you’re looking for, and help narrow the search in record time. Next, there’s the price point, which is really reasonable considering the quality of the frames—refreshing in an industry that is notorious for its dubious pricing practices. (I was quoted four times the price for similar glasses at a respected optical store up the road!) and finally, there’s the outstanding post-purchase customer service: when I went to pick up my glasses, the woman fitting them felt the lenses were a little loose in the frames (something I would not have noticed immediately). So she apologized profusely and arranged to have them replaced in quick fashion! All in all, a great place to buy glasses. No need to wander all over town looking for the best style and price, especially during a pandemic. You will find what you’re looking for right here!

Bryanna and Molly provided great service, helped me choose a lovely frame and answered my questions about the quality of the lenses. Great products available here. What lets this store down is the service. It feels as though no one really knows what's going on. Even to the point of sitting on a bench side by side, while trying to line up eye height. Feels so unprofessional at 'professional' prices.
