I had a great experience coming in the people at the front desk were all very helpful. My optometrist, Dr. Saggu was a really nice guy with lots of knowledge. He explained the reasoning why my eye were seeing a bit of a blur and made sure that I come back for a follow up check in 6 mths free of charge to make sure my eyes haven't changed. He seems like a a doctor who cares and makes sure his patients are taken care of. because of their thorough procedure of the eye exam I ended booking an appt for my 4 kids.

I’m impressed. I just went here today after having read the great reviews on Google, so my expectations were already higher than usual and they pleasantly met them! It was my first time at Look today. The staff member who helped me with the initial tests was very friendly and was great at guiding the process. And then I met Dr. Saggu whose high energy is infectious! He was very professional, friendly, thorough and informative. He answered all of my questions and gave me great insight into the health of my eyes. I haven’t had an eye exam since about 3 years ago when I had LASIK done; I’m so glad I went here for my first check up in a long time as it was a very pleasant experience :)

I had something in my eye, everytime I blinked I felt pain. so called atleat 15 different clinics near to the closing time in the evening, none of them wanted to accommodate me (some just bcoz I was not their previous patient), but when called this location the receptionist asked me to come even though they were booked for the day with other patients, I thanked her for accommodating me when I reached the clinic and she said that glad I called them so they could help me. The Doctor S Bhullar who was very friendly, explained the procedure thoroughly. He also mentioned that anytime it is emergency I can always request them and they will be able to accommodate any patients!. Thanks to the doctor and the wonderful receptionist's.

One of the lens of my specs fell off and I went to them to get it fixed. They refused to do it because the specs were not made them. If someone wears glasses it is so difficult to manage it without them. But no consideration given here

He will also listen very intensively and explain the pros and cons of your situation in dept. Always open to share his knowledge. He is also very kind, friendly and helpful. The examiner from Iraq and Dr saggu was very cooperative and handle me very politely. I went there for an adult eye exam and it went very well. Dr saggu gave me prescription for glasses and suggested me to take some multivitamin. My overall experience was good and I suggest this place to my friends and relatives.

Look optometry is the best place for eye exam. I felt so welcomed at this place. Front desk people were so knowledgeable and professional and kind. Dr. Bhullar did my eye exam, took his time to explain the problem plus nutrition. I never met a health care professional before who takes his valuable time to explain nutrition for healthy life. I’ve gone to many eye clinics in the past and I have to say this is one of the best clinics I’ve been too. The way Dr. Bhullar treats his patients are the reasons why I come back. He’s friendly, caring and honest. He makes you feel like there is always a solution to any problem and if he can’t give you the answer right away, he will personally reach out and let you know the best solution for you. These types of doctors are hard to find. For that, I appreciate him even more.

I have seen both Dr. Bhullar and Dr. Saggu and have been happy with both. They are kind, courteous and allow me to be self-deprecating over my horribly bad eyesight. Read: coke bottle lens worthy. I would also like to give a shout out to the rest of the staff as they have all been knowledgeable, super kind and all around a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend. This has been the best experience I've had at any eye doctor and that says a lot as I have been wearing glasses for 35 years.

I had horrible experience at this place. Dr Bhullar only care about money. i went to clinic for my kids regular check up and i found out Ex. have used all kids benefit and got some safety glasses for himself. His staff helped him. i had to pay $600 just for new lenses. He also scared me that your kid can go blind. He told me i have to pay $2500 for one kid for some special lenses. Don't waste your money and time at this place.

Dr.Bhullar is a great doctor. He takes a holistic approach in his practice. He believes that patient care involves not only traditional medicine, but also diet and natural treatment in eye care. He really listens to his patients and never rushes his time with us. He also cares about his young patients always encouraging them with being responsible for their eye care, mental health and diet. He also cares enough to give educational encouragement to his young patients like our kids to help them to succeed academically and to be model citizens. This place is a joke. DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN ON ANYTHING BEFORE YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HAND. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. THEY ALSO TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES YOU NEVER ASKED FOR. Sent my glasses back as they had put multiple coatings I had never asked for on, changed my mind on wanting the glasses after I was soured by their horrible work practice and now they refuse to refund me my money. Bunch of crooks.

My mom was seen my Dr Bhullar who correctly diagnosed her severe dry eyes after being misdiagnosed by two physicians. Dr Bhullar started her on treatment immediately. Her condition is so serious she could have vision loss. I urge anyone that has any eye concerns to go see him first before wasting time on other doctors. We are forever grateful for the care we received. Dr Bhullar listens to patients concerns, evaluates symptoms, does a thorough eye exam with the latest technology.

Went to this place after being recommended by a friend. Last year I shelled out $750 for progressives -that I didn’t really like how they felt on me. They were lost so I came here luckily. Staff was very professional & informative. Happy that they didn’t try to upsell me to another style, instead got me a great deal on brand name glasses. Sonny was very thorough in the exam -the rest of the staff was very efficient too. Definitely will go here when I lose this pair (it will happen) - Cheers

Dr. Bhullar, Inder with their entire support team at Look Optometry are friendly, passionate and incredibly knowledgeable. My sister had recommended this office and I've never turned "LOOKED" back!! Right from the front desk I'm greeted with a friendly smile. Never have I ever been ushered hurriedly through my appointment. Patient care is of the upmost importance with many options explained thoroughly. Also Dr.Bhullar offers advice on not only the best eye care but of all aspects of your health. Very elated about my new Tom Ford black rimmed glasses that the entire staff helped me pick out. They are totally on-point with the styles of today and I am enjoying the many compliments that I receive on my new glasses. The selection of inventory is well thought out. This new location is fresh and inviting! Love the washroom lol :) Highly recommend the entire experience!! And final note...I will be dropping by to pick up my contacts. I was quite disappointed by Dr Bhullar. He refused to send me to a eye specialist and kept offering me a $1500 treatment (I did not need). This seemed too sketchy, so I went for a second option and the Optometrist advised I needed eye surgery and referred me to a specialist. Be careful! If you need urgent care I would recommend seeing someone else - someone more professional.

This is mine and my spouse's second time at this clinic. We saw Dr. Saggu again and he was great and also gave us tips on eye health care. The rest of the staff are kind, professional, and courteous as well. We were helped by Mai. She was patient and answered all of our questions about our insurance plans. She also helped us with frames and deciding which ones to get with her honest opinion. Another staff member named Margaret also helped by tightening glasses that were bought there before but too loose. She was super cheerful! Overall, all of their staff members are very friendly. The staff mentioned definitely make it a place to check out if you're looking for a new clinic.
