Karma Optical has so many beautiful frames to choose from it's like being in an art gallery of glasses. The atmosphere is very warm and calming and the mom and daughter team are professional and a delight to chat with. The service was beyond my expectations and the turn around time was suppose to be 3 weeks and was barely two. I give this business a double thumbs up.

The lady who operates (and I think owns?) Karma is great! I started my morning by trying to get my sunglasses resized at Broadway Station Optometrists and their response was short, cold, and with a $35 fee. I understand that they're busy, but it wasn't welcoming. I headed up the drive to check out Karma and I'm SO GLAD I did! The lady that runs this shop was wonderful, careful, quick and extremely affordable! She had my frames fitted in five minutes and only charged me $5. She did this all while helping another customer pick up repaired frames with neither of us feeling neglected. It's always nice to experience such down to earth, friendly service. Karma is a good name for this business. Their debit terminal didn't have a tip option, so I hope a good review is alright instead c:

My daughter and I had been waiting a year to get new eyeglasses and Karma Optical had great styles in the window. When we went inside, the owner and her daughter encouraged us to try on dozens of pairs to find just the right ones. They sanitized all the frames after we tried each one on. Even with all the extra work, the women were so cheerful and encouraging and had great advice on what looked best. We waked away with two beautiful pairs of glasses at really reasonable prices.
