Excellent service, Dr. Brassil is both personable and professional. Not only did I find the perfect glasses (which is hard for me to find) but I had so much fun during and after my appointment I could have just hung out all day Dr. Brassil. My eye exam was thorough and we went to every detail to ensure the future health of my eyes. Even though the selection of frames is not huge, it's high quality and if I could find frames I fell in love with, anyone can find their perfect pair at Eye Craft.

This is the only place I take my family (which includes a 12yr old and a 10yr old). Dr Sarah Brassil and her husband Sean go out of their way to make the experience friendly, comfortable and enjoyable. The place is clean, fully UV sanitised and very very welcoming. I have been several times now and each time have received excellent attention and professional information and testing. Always helpful with contact lens samples as new types come on the market which is a huge boon to me.

Had a great experience at Eye Craft Optometry today!! Picked up a new pair of sunglasses for my husband for his birthday. I was very, very impressed with the great help I received to find the right pair!! The customer service I received was GREAT!! I would highly recommend Eye Craft Optometry. I hadn't had an eye exam for quite some time, primarily due to Covid and all of the restrictions that came about at the start of the pandemic. I found out that Dr. Sarah Brassil had opened up her own practice so was eager to visit for an eye exam. I had previously had an eye exam done by her at an alternate location, and was very pleased with her thoroughness. The new office is modern and trendy, with a relaxed environment. The team of Dr. Sarah Brassil and Sean exude true professionalism but also make you feel very comfortable and welcoming to their Optometry office. They have up-to-date equipment, a good selection of frames and contact lenses and a complete knowledge of the industry; I walked away very pleased with the visit. Thank you!

Sarah loves her job and it oozes out of everything she does. Everything is tidy, dust free and immaculate when you walk in, and there's always someone ready to greet you. Sarah is the face and the doctor, there to walk you through each part of the process. She gives you all of your options and lets you sit with them for as long as you need to come to your own decision. You genuinely feel like she cares about your eyes, and that she cares about you. As long as I'm within driving distance, I won't be going to anyone else.

The decor of the shop is absolutely stunning and has a beautiful rustic charm to it. Tons of character that you just don't see much these days. Highly recommend.

I stumbled on this glasses shop while I was in the area. Dr. Sarah Brassil and Sean Brassil are two of the sweetest working professionals that I've encountered. They are both generous, genuine and lovely people to be around. One thing that I think is awesome about their shop (other than how beautiful it is) is that they're able to make custom sunglass lenses for any of the frames at their shop-including their regular frames! I enjoyed my experience in getting prescription sunglasses with them. And they arrived rather quickly as well! Their North Vancouver location is conveniently close to downtown Vancouver as well. Out of all the places that I've gotten glasses in the past twelve years, their shop and service stands out.
