Amazing experience! Highly recommend! I was travelling and my contact ripped and I went there to get something to replace it so I could see and drive home. They got me glasses that day (40 minutes after ordering them)! Very affordable and great service! If I lived in the area, they would be my go-to place!

I bought my first pair of glasses from this optical a couple of years ago. I ordered top of the line lenses and was very happy with my glasses and over the past 2 years sent many new customers to them. This past month I returned as my prescription had changed. I choose another new frame and also brought an older frame that I wanted to have my new persecution put in. Again top of the line lenses were order for both pair. The 2 new glasses came with in 10 days. When I went to picked them up the 2nd pair were not done right so had to be sent back to be redone. This was no problem but I do live an hour north of North Bay so had to return again to pick up the second pair. I was into the optical today to pick them up and left feeling like the most unappreciated customer ever!! I was wearing my glasses and the glasses I was picking I had not thought to bring a case along with me. I thought I had left the case with them that I had brought them in when I ordered the new lenses to be done. When I went to put the glasses into the case that the assistant had taken them out of for me to try she grabbed the case so abruptly and told me NO this is ours. I was shocked! I then asked if she even had a piece of cloth I could wrapped my new lenses in as I did not want them to get scratched putting them into my purse without protection. She offered me a plastic baggy!.. Having returned to this optical for a second time. Having referred them several new customers. Having just spent over 700 dollars to not be able to offer me even a cheap cloth case to take home my new lenses was TERRIBLE lack of customer appreciation. What an awful feeling I walked out with. I will not be back and I am not sure I now feel enthusiastic to refer anyone. There are lots of optical's to choose from in North Bay. Small gestures to show your returning customers you actually do appreciate their business can go along way.

I went in looking for a specific style of glasses and brought a picture. Although they didn't have them in stock at that time, Renee searched for what I was looking for and messaged me when she ordered them. Above and beyond for sure! Amazing service and quality!
