One of my "Go To" places to get lunch. I go for there $5 meal special. My favourite is a Crispy Chicken sandwich with a choice of side. I have the option of vegetables, wedges, fries, mac and cheese or onion rings. I have to say that the mac and cheese is pretty good! Service is friendly and the food is always hot. There is a modest place for you to sit and eat your meal, and that is why I am giving it three stars.

They have a fantastic variety here. The president choice items are wonderful. Nice big isles. Clean and pleasing to the eye. They take many gift cards Their sales are usually great value. But their regular prices are expensive.

This is amazing shop! You can get so many organic food! I found there fresh (not frozen) rabbit! Antibiotics free and hormone free meat! Lactose free milk and cream. Gluten free bread! There is also a good kitchen stuff, etc, etc. For me it's a shop #1. I can get there all I need.

The worst customer service ever at the pharmacy. 4 or 5 people are there, all looking busy while the customers line up. Finally after 10 min or so, one staff person asked me if I needed any help... no I just stand here because that’s what I do. That was my third attempt to purchase meds at this pharmacy.

New to the area. Liked the overall selection at the store and seemed pretty clean BUT disappointed to see one cashier wearing NO MASK, talking & yawning away. (thank goodness for the plexi.....?) Do employees not have to obey the rules and bi-laws? Also bought some chicken which when I opened the next day to cook it smelled really bad and rotten. I see I am not the only one to mention bad meat.

In their Deli / Ready to go Meals they have Fried Chicken. I swear their chicken is heaps better than anywhere else in town. For $25 we purchased 2 Large sides of our choice ( This time we chose wedges and onion rings--- in the past we have had scalloped potatoes and macaroni w/cheese as well) I cannot honestly say I know the other options but the ones we have chosen have been a huge hit. With 2 adult men, one teenaged hockey player after a game when his hunger is at a peak and myself there were still leftovers for the evening munchies or lunch the next day. I am not a big fan of fried chicken but THIS is the juiciest full flavoured breast I have ever had the joy to pop in my mouth. BEST CHICKEN EVER!!

We haven't been here in years since moving to BC. I forgot how much I loved Zehrs. My GF is gluten free and their selection of products was incredible. When we went in the afternoon we were surprised to see such a large line up. Understand the covid precautions in place but it was slow entry.

Zehrs Pharmacy horrific service. Zero tolerance for any who may be in pain dealing with their incompetence. Ending up wasting my time because she made a mistake and all I got was attitude when I went back to fix the mistake. How this girl got a job dealing with people I don't know. She has no idea what empathy is. She needs to be put in the back stock room.

it's really good place for quick shopping and grocery. it a huge store with everything in it. you can get different types meats here, ready to eat food and almost everything. it have a huge parking area and wheelchair accessible parking and enterance too.

Always a nice, clean store. The shelves are always stocked, and the departments that you interact with people (delis, seafood, etc) are always ready to help. Has a free fruit station for kids, which my toddler always gets excited for. Fair prices, and usually a lot of things on sale, especially meats! Love it.

Great place to grab your groceries! The store and the aisles are nice and spacious and it's always very clean. I've found it to be well stocked and the hot food, deli, meat/fish and bakery departments are great if you're into eating fresh products. Not to be forgotten, you can buy beer here up to closing time. YAY

This store was truly horrible , I purchase 2 packages of salmon and another whole fish just to open up the next day and find out the all 3 wore bad , smeel was so bad so I called the store and made my way there they reimburse my purchase and my fare for travel as I don't drive . So I give 3 starts just because they honored the purchase and expenses but if for quality I give them 1 specially because I didn't see any one taking away from the freezer any of the other product that was left from the bad fish . I hope no body got sick .

I gave 2 stars because the store looks pretty good and it's always clean. But wow the prices are extremely high. I just don't get why they have to be at least 20 percent more than other grocery stores in the area and Walmart. I used to go to Zehrs often, but the prices are just insanely high. It's just pure greed. I'd rather give my money to better companies. If they didn't have their PC Plus points system that tempts people to shop, I don't know how they would ever survive the market.

Had three deliveries via Instacart, because we're stuck quarantining, and all three have contained rotting and wilting vegetables. The quality has been entirely unreliable. The bananas were fresh and green, half of the avocados were barely ripened and the other half were bad, the mandarins were all browned and rotting, the kale was yellowing, and the arugula was wilted (though edible). Most of the other food was fine. Bread was good, bagels were good. Just the produce that was spotty. Receiving such low-quality produce makes the experience of being in quarantine even more disheartening. I would not recommend for anyone forced to travel like us to use Zehrs via Instacart or maybe just avoid the area. Edit: added photo of the best mandarin we received yesterday. Threw out 7 of 10.

There's no question that the prices at all of the Weston stores, including Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws and Zehrs. Therefore, the customer service should be stellar. Unfortunately, it's not. I wanted to buy some fish from their fresh fish department in Niagara Falls Zehrs. I'm very picky about the freshness of my fish. So I ask questions. Is there something wrong with that? There was a woman working at the fresh counter and I asked her about the freshness of salmon filets. She became immediately irritated and waved her hand in the air saying "yeah, yeah, the fish is all fresh." I thought she was damn rude and I told her so. I went to customer service, waited for a manager to appear and then complained. He told me he would take care of it and apologized. So I was satisfied with that. A couple of weeks later I saw that same woman at the fresh fish counter. Needless to say I never buy fresh fish from this store anymore.

Great store to shop in. Very large isles and lots of signage. They were installing more self serve machines the last time I was there and they do a great business so they really need more. Also, good news, they have bathrooms there and a pharmacy and you can buy cans or bottles of beer (several brands and types) and the prices are comparable to the beer stores as well and some even better then the beer store. The also have a wine store with very reasonable prices and a lotto desk. So enjoy.

I don't go anywhere else, best experiences I've ever had at a grocery store. Zehrs always has what I need, even if it's an off item. This particular location is amazing, the staff are always on point even late night. I just went to pick up a cake for my moms birthday because I was working late, however the bakery was closed and all was available were smaller cakes, I asked an associate if it was closed and they said yeah but she'll see if she can do something, a minute later the manager came and opened the door and the associate got me the cheesecake I wanted, couldn't be more blessed by the team at Zehrs. A few years ago, all of the staff at this Zehrs location were very friendly and welcoming and I gave them a five-star rating at that time. Today, however, I'm revising my star rating down to three stars because it seems the friendly staff has gone and all that's left are people that do not smile, and in fact, seem like they don't want to be there at all. Moreover, the prices here are through the roof expensive. If you are shopping before 10:00 pm, then I would recommend going to Food Basics up the street, where you're guaranteed to save between 20 - 40% on your entire grocery bill.

This store is my favourite . Always fresh food. I love how they have food items for individual or for party size. Nice arrange of fruits and vegetables. U can also buy pre made sushi ,that's ready to go . There is a hot food area where u can buy whole chicken or get pieces and or add a combo or sides . I do not like self check out lanes ,rather be dealing with actual person incase any mistakes r made by accident. They also have a lil flower shop . Where u can get flowers and or blow up helium balloons . Always friendly staff. Never had any problems . Any problems they r ready to help,..well aleast for us and I hope for anybody else . ( Happy shopping :).

Got turned away at the door because my two-year old son didn't have a mask. I'm not sure how they landed in this arbitrary age, but clearly there wasn't a parent in the room when that decision was made. The public school boards have collectively agreed that students should wear masks beginning in grade 1, which puts the kids at around six years old. I'm not opposed to children wearing masks, but it is impossible to expect any child under the age of four to keep a mask on. Until they smarten up, my family of five will be buying our groceries elsewhere.

Zehrs is the equivalent to a RCSS from Loblaw in areas where RCSS does not exist for what ever marketing reason. Maybe a little higher in quality/grade but that's hard to say because I find them of the same level. Not a Loblaw but no where near a No Frills.

Just another high end grocery store with very high prices. There breads are descent but the dessert area has become super expensive. The store is clean, products are easy to get to and the cashier's are friendly. This location has Optical, Joe Fresh, Wine and Dry cleaner. The sell flowers but I was told they may be removing that area.

Excellent produce. Huge selection of brands and items not found in other grocers. Bakery has delicious baked goods. Lines have been long due to covid. They offer self checkout for faster service. They have many prepared take home meals to just heat up. They have hot tray food ready to go as well. This location has a butcher, bakery, joe fresh clothing section, household items (microwaves etc), and a cell phone store. Their customer service is excellent. Lots of parking spaces. Bathrooms are clean. You can earn or redeem optimum points here.

Clean and bright, here is somewhere you wanna come grocery everyday. Great Canadian beer selection. We just visited Canada, so we got so excited to face to all different kind of Canadian beer. Not too far from Niagara falls area, so highly recommend for foreign travelers.

I like this Zehrs because of its convenient location and generally well-stocked shelves, but after running into an issue at holiday time with their staff, I docked 3 stars. The flyer listed that a specific item was on sale, so I called ahead to see if it was in stock since I was running behind. After being transferred 3 times, my call finally landed in the meat department. After explaining that it was the wrong department and telling them what item I was looking for, I was put on hold again. The call was then picked up a few moments later by the same young man, and I was told they don't carry the item I was calling about. I again emphasized that it wasn't a meat product and wouldn't be found in the meat department, and he assured me they didn't carry it in that store. So, I drove to Real Canadian in Grimsby because they said they had a bunch of what I was looking for. A couple days later I was in Zehrs, and wouldn't you know - there was the product they told me they didn't carry. Not just one hiding in the back, but an entire section of the shelf full of them. So, 2 stars for Zehrs for a severe lack in management. It's not often that you come across a store that is managed by someone who doesn't make it mandatory for all staff to familiarize themselves with both the current flyer and the products they offer.

Amazing customer service! I went in today to buy some flowers for my mom's birthday. I ended up donating a $25.00 gift bag they had pre arranged, and some chocolate for an elderly couple I was going to visit. The cashier Wanita was very friendly and inquisitive about my purchases. When I explained why I was buying the flowers she told me I was going to get them for free! Apparently something Zhers does at the discretion of the cashier. Thank you Zhers and thank you Wanita! It was such a nice gesture that I truly appreciate! ❤️

I don't shop at Zehr's very often as they are more expensive than my usual grocery store, but I pop in every once in a while to see if they have anything marked down 50% for final sale. I have come up with some very delicious meals that way. They also carry a lot of higher end products that my usual store doesn't, which is nice.

Mostly overpriced but their cakes are very good. I have order a few times now and they have yet to get my order correct. I don't complain because I need the cake for a special occasion. I ordered Chocolate icing on all occasions and have always only received white. She thanked me for not getting upset, but some kind of discount would have been appreciated. She said some people get so upset when it happens. Really? Why is it happening? You only have 2 choices for icing and they pick the wrong one every time.

Just stopped in to grab a few things before the rush. The personal shopper wearing a black beanie has no problem traveling the isles in the opposite direction of the arrows. Meanwhile the woman restocking the shelves by the juice bar with either fruit trays or shrimp rings wears her face shield on the top of her head. Hope she wasn't the one in the back putting them together. Just want to point out that this is not the first time we have seen this happening in this store.

Someone went I to my wife's purse when she turned her back in-store. Her cards were strewn into the cart. The manager was useless and his colleague was almost laughing at my frustration (enjoy your dead-end job, buddy). The head of loss prevention was missing (assumed to be on lunch, off site) and nobody else, including the manager, could review the tape to catch the culprit before he left. Corporate should clean house and hire people capable of running the store. What a joke.

I wish Loblaws would give the workers at this location diversity training. The ladies in the self checkout area who clean the kiosks always leave the area when it's my turn so they don't have to clean the kiosk for me. This happened to me twice so I know it's not a coincidence. Very sad.

I bought some groceries.one of the items was the cupcakes. They had a 50℅off coupon. They were regular $5.49. I was looking for my PC points card when the female cashier checked me out. So I didn't notice that she had missed the 50℅ off sticker. I'm not happy about being charged more than what I should have been. However with the snow coming down really hard and the fact that I don't live close to the store, I can't go back to the store right now. Like this store, lots of parking, accessible, large variety of fruits and vegetables, also cheeses, meats etc. Whatever you are looking for, though some more attention has to be paid to expired prepackaged food, I know it is a big store and like all huge stores is understaffed but green fuzz on pasta is a real turnoff, not the first or second time. Bakery is wonderful, fabulous choices the only thing is usually, except for specials, is overpriced.

I like Zehrs; especially for the apple fritter donuts made onsite and the Baxter loaf cakes - Pumpkin Pepita Loaf is to die for. I have one in the fridge for dessert tonight. All of the house-brand Farmer's Market pastries are great. FM oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are mmmmmmmm. President's Choice Buffalo style medium wings are the only store-bought wings I will eat. Very tasty and better than big brand-name frozen wings. Bock bock yummy! I just tried No Name Bacon Cheddar flavour potato chips. Yum, yum, yummy!

Bought ground beef a few weeks ago and got really sick. I cooked it in pasta sauce for a really long time at lest 5hours so it wasn't undercooked. Again today I tried again and a horrible smell came from the beef that's supposedly good until the 20th. This time I threw the whole thing out. What is this store doing. They should be inspected.

Great good food here yeah there isn't much to say. They carry PC products which are very good, and usually kind of cheap. There are a lot of pricy stuff here, but other than a few things, everything is pretty cheap, and affordable.you know that you're getting good quality food here that you know is going to taste very very good. I usually shop here because the store has some of everything and allows me to make less stops for groceries. However, I find the meat quality down and won’t be getting meat here in the future. Too often we open a package of chicken the day of purchasing and we have to throw it out because of rotten smell. (And I always make sure best before date always has a buffer of 4 days) I do not bother returning the item as I do not want to drag stinky meat back through the store for refund especially during COVID. For awhile most of the ground beef was labelled PF previously frozen. I asked someone at the meat counter if this could be frozen again and her answer was “I always do”. I was under the impression once meat has been frozen that it should not be re-frozen but I could be wrong and did not find a guideline on this. Found another more local store that has consistent quality meats.

10 minutes of shopping and 20 minutes of waiting in the Q for normal checkout. Be prepared and beware! There are some lazy buns out there slowly scanning your items. I prefer Zehrs since I was from Peel and shopped extensively in Fortinos.

Always a line. They let certain people skip the line. Watched 2 poeple skip as the security gaurd i guess had some agreement with them. All while myself and my toddler waited in the cold. Next I order chicken from the hot table section. Supposed to get white meat woth the 9 piece got none. Went back and the gave me thighs again. Simple job figure out white and dark meat. Thrn again a line to pay. Overall I wouldn't go back as no where has lines expect zehrs

My wife had a child a couple weeks ago. A beautiful baby boy. We named him "Zehrs" because I figured that I could get some cool discount or something by showing respect to this chain by naming a literal child after them. Lo and behold, I arrive with my child, and when I asked for a discount because of my son's name, I was told by the cashier that there is no discount and I'd pay for my items at their regular price. I take this to the manager and am told the same thing; no special treatment for my son. I'm really disappointed. I've been a loyal shopper for quite some time now and I thought that my cute little baby and his name would grant me some sort of special treatment. I guess they don't care! Now I have to go through the legal hoops of changing his name. Until then, we'll just call him by "Sobeys" and hope that there is some humanity elsewhere. Overall, great store. Has everything I need. Good prices, and I always love the fresh baked goods!
