Dr. Kim did my eye exam there. She’s a lovely bright lady with a great sense of humour. I don’t know the name of the fellow who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses but he was definitely pleasant and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Vision Clinic had a vast variety of frames for me to choose from.

A very good place to get your eyewear needs. They have a wide range of styles and most of all they have a price range to suit everyone. Their no hassle warranty really works. They actually honor their warranty. I recommend them wit no reservation... you will be satisfied

I had such an amazing experience purchasing glasses at this Vision Clinic location. Initially going in to shop for new glasses I was very skeptical as to whether or not I would be able to find a pair of glasses I love (I'm admittedly an indecisive person) but with the help of the wonderful staff, they helped me choose a pair of Pradas that I'm absolutely in love with! EXCEPTIONAL customer service, the girls there are absolutely fantastic at what they do and I urge anyone who is in the market for glasses to give them a try! 5 Stars for customer service and selection, if I could give more stars I would!

This place only wants your money, overcharging for what they can and offering a low their products.. the first day I got my my CSA approves safety glasses my lens fell out let's just say they didn't last long. There are better options for good quality eye care. Don't fall for these guys. They don't care about loyalty only profits

The Optometrist Kayvon Sasani, was very nice and I highly recommend him. Unfortunately the ladies in the store, ruined my whole day when they made me feel like a Leper, very very uncomfortable. I have a medical exemption that is CLEARLY stated they must honor in the By Law, and I was treated very badly, the "Karen" not her real name, in charge, seem to feel she had to call head office because "she did not know how to handle me" then came back with 2 choices for me. Both of which were HIGHLY prejudiced against those with disabilities. I was told I had 2 choices, I could make an appointment and come back when no one was in the store, OR, I could sit over there, in the corner, away from everyone, and they would bring me the frames to try on. I left in disgust. I went up the road to The Spectacle Clinic on Dorcester rd and Thoroldstone and they were VERY nice and VERY welcoming. I told them how BADLY I was treated at The Vision Clinic and they too were disgusted. oh and I spent $1600 at the Spectacle Clinic, happily.

So went to this place years ago (2012) had Dr Angelone. Went again a few years later to say that I never noticed a big difference with the glasses and I felt like I was straining and had headaches. Vision Clinic has just 1 test.....he examined, said my eyes were fine and i left.......still felt worse and worse, so I asked FB friends for recommendations, they said Niagara Vision...and WOW, what a difference!! Multiple tests and Dr said that it was a drastic change ...should have been done years ago. Do not waste your time here. I felt like I was rushed and he was bored with his job

Clean and open environment with friendly staff. The staff were all happy to be there and so helpful. Dr Edgar was knowledgable and caring. Pricing is fair. All around great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I had to take my sunglasses in for repair, and during this Covid -19 I was met at the door with a pleasant smile and the young lady was willing to help me out. She took my glasses and I had them back within 2 days. I wasn't expecting that honestly. But thank you vision clinic. I am lost without my sunglasses as they are readers and i work out in the sun most of my day. Truly a great experience.

Purchased a pair of Soho Tech progressive eye glasses in 2014. The first pair lasted a little over a year when the arm just fell off while on a business trip in Quebec. The arm could not be re-attached with a screw. Vision Centre ordered me a new pair for $25.00. The second pair lasted 2 months and again the arm fell off. Because my drug plan would not pay cover a new pair for another 6 months I ordered another frame for another $25.00. This frame was too wide for my face but I was desperate! Well, this 3rd frame has again lost its arm but now my coverage has kicked in. Went in shopping for a new pair. I needed a size 49-50 frame. The girl said she could order them in the 49-50 sizes for me to try and it would take a week. I went in last Friday. The counter person simply handed me a box with the frames. Did not offer to assist me to see if she could help. I tried them on and they were the wrong size. I asked the girl, who didn't want to help me, if these were the ones I ordered and she said yes but they must have come in wrong! You know, if you are spending $300-$500 on glasses you would think these people would be happy to help you. This same girl went to assist another customer who walked in so I walked out! I will never go back there! POOR Service, Poor inferior quality frames. Shop around folks!

The branch in Niagara Falls is outstanding. I have had several services done there & they are top notch. Fast service over and beyond. Last thing they did was swap my glasses arm on a pair of sun glasses I bought in Europe. I had the first pair made into a Rx there and they did a fabulous job, when I broke an arm I brought the second pair in & they swapped it out while I waited. NO CHARGE ! Thats not the first time they have gone beyond average service.

I must say I was super happy with the service. I purchased two pair of glasses. One pair of sun glasses and the other everyday glasses for working on the computer. Kevin at the Niagara Falls store was great and suggested this coating to help my eyes, for the fact I spend a great deal of time on the computer. I have to say I am happy with both pairs and my wife just purchased 2 pairs as well. Thank you for your help Kevin and the staff at the Vision Clinic.

Rude unprofessional and not patient centered! Katy the girl at the desk for eye exams hung up on because I said I was paying cash for an eye exam instead asking a manager if a customer could pay cash. This is the second negative experience with her and I won’t go back because of the hostile atmosphere she creates.

This is a shout out to the ladies at the Lundy's Lane & Kalar Rd location- Liz and Eva! Both individually, but especially as a team the demonstrated what genuine, passionate and knowledgable customer service is all about. As a 1st time shopper for my prescription to wear glasses, I was pleasantly greeted with direction and welcome to browse by Eva upon entering, while she was tended to other customers. She easily tended to us both throughout the stage of service, while eagerly wanting to participate with me in finding the right fit and style for me. She listened and informed all at the same time. Once she had to close her sale with her 1st customer, her teammate respectfully continued to assist me with the same enthusiasm and genuineness. By the end I found out Liz was the manager and I was thrilled to compliment both of the ladies on how pleasant my experience was and how much I appreciated their professional, fun and sincere energy, while not pressuring...and that I would most definitely be writing a review! I would recommend this location and did to everyone I know who now need glasses, we're apparently "getting up there"! Especially in this uncertain time that is our new reality, experiencing unsolicited kindness is a welcomed relief and reminder that we can all afford to do our job in public, with the public and for the public being kind- we never know truly how much of a difference that little effort can make! Incompetence. Booked an appointment for an eye exam a week in advance and recieved additional confirmation of the time via voicemail the day prior. However, upon arrival, I discovered my appointment time was cancelled and been given away that morning. After a period of confusion among staff and requesting to hear said voicemail, instead of acknowledging the error and offering an apology, I was informed that I had cancelled the appointment and needed to wait for the next opening. I left frustrated and disrepected. I guess I shouldn't remember to show up for my future cancelled appointments. My fault. Thank you for thehorrible customer service experience.

Vision Clinic is only place I’ll go to for my glasses. They have great prices (2 for 1!!) and a huge selection to choose from. I love that they always help me find the perfect styles. My whole family comes here!

I have been buying glasses for home use, computer, and work, at the Vision Optical in Niagara falls for the past 6 to 8 plus years every 2 years. I recently got eye surgery on one eye and the other eye surgery is coming up soon. i was told to get a good sunglasses to see with..it will help until i can get a eye exam, i found a place on line but i need my PD # to order. I explained it to them at the desk and my response was.. you pay me $30. and you can have your file, i don't need the file, only the PD#, she said SORRY and stuck her noise up. LOST MY BUSINESS.. In 6 months i will be getting new glass NOT THERE FOR SURE, poor customer service, money means more!

Not a great experience:( I’m new to glasses I only wore reading glasses when needed Made an apt I had got an eye exam that went fine When I was filling my prescription the lady that was doing this for me was really no help she told me to pick out a frame, so I started looking and trying on multiple pairs the lady told me to put the glasses on the shelf after I tried them on because they would have to clean them after, So I did I had tried on a lot of frames only because I had no clue what would look good being never had worn glasses before!! A lady came over to me seemed to be upset that o didn’t have a box to put the frames in asking why I don’t have a box while the lady that was helping me never told me to get one? I finally found a pair so we proceeded with my prescription, long story short when my glasses came in they weren’t what I had ordered so they were sent back A couple weeks later I received the one pair and now I was to pick out another frame and yet again I was on my own looking for a pair to suit me (no help) This time I was giving a box to put the glasses in I found a pair I went to front desk with the box and many pairs of frames that I tried on I said to the lady here I’m sorry there’s a lot of frames but I really did not know what to pick! She just stared at me with a strange look then took the box It was a very uncomfortable feeling being there I picked up my glasses a week later I would never go back I did not feel comfortable at all

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of Candy (I think that's what she said her name was) at the front desk. She stepped in to try and rectify an awful "customer service" experience I had there today. There is a girl at the front desk with red/ orange hair that is absolutely terrible! I had to deal with her to submit my insurance claim. Once she submitted the claim she left me standing at the desk waiting without any direction. I stood there for 5 minutes without her even acknowledging this transaction was finished, and left the products I purchased on her desk right beside her as she went on to finish other work. Candy stepped in and gave me my products ( she even made a comment to the red head about making sure she finishes what she is dealing with- to which the red head threw her hands up and huffed loudly). Then I asked for a print out to which she again threw her hands to the sides and huffed - then replied " a receipt for what?" With ALOT of attitude. I am extremely appalled at the lack of service and attitude I received from this girl. I am happily taking my business elsewhere. She needs major customer service training.
