Great service ! It was like buying from a friend. They weren't afraid to tell me why the sunglasses I chose weren't suitable for me and they suggested glasses that were indeed better than the ones I chose. I ended buying one of the ones they suggested, and at the same price as on the manufacturer's website.

It’s been quite some time since I had an eye exam and I knew I would require new glasses. I decided to go to the Niagara Falls Vision Clinic because it was close to my home and I had several positive experiences at the Vision Clinic in Welland when I used to live there (so I was hopeful the Niagara Falls location would just as good). I am typically apprehensive when shopping at an unfamiliar store because I am never sure what the experience will be like, but I was so pleased when my experience at the Niagara Falls location was exceptional. Shannon and Kim are truly outstanding. I tend to have exceptionally high expectations when it comes to customer service, and the staff at the Niagara Falls location managed to exceed these. Both Shannon and Kim assisted me, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. They were both warm, welcoming, and helpful when it came to addressing my needs. Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond is a rare occurrence these days in the service industry, but Shannon and Kim embody all of these attributes. I am so grateful that the Vision Clinic as a whole seems to employ such wonderful people. I wish there were more people like Shannon and Kim working in the healthcare profession; they have reminded me that wonderful humans do exist and truly care about the work they do. Shannon and Kim ~ you are absolutely AWESOME.

I rarely write five-star reviews. That said, I recently had an eye exam done here and the experience was very, very positive. Customer service was literally amazing - they helped educate me on my contact lenses and even beat the price I'm currently getting, provided me some insight on pricing for glasses (which is still expensive but competitive to similar clinics), and more. I will definitely be coming back to Vision Clinic for the foreseeable future as it pertains to all of my eye needs. Very excellent stuff!

Had the most AMAZING experience at the Vision Clinic! This location is clean and beautiful,I had to bring my little one along and the eye Exam room had plenty of room for my stroller! DR.SARA KIM was great she updated my lens perscription and I haven't squinted in days, I also got a few complementary pair of contact lenses as my old ones were not the correct size. These lenses are super comfortable and make a huge difference, I will definitely be purchasing a box! After my exam Dr.Kim and staff helped me find the perfect pair of glasses on an amazing deal ! I highly recommend this location staff is truly amazing and have exceptional customer service.

5 star customer service . I love that guy named Cameron. He helped me to choose a very nice color eye lens for my eyes and other staff members were also very nice... they too helped me by giving there views on my eyes. Customer service was awesome. I was helped moments after walking in the door. My eye exam was great and they had my order complete within 27 minutes. Direct billing to my insurance company couldn't have been easier. Will definitely shop here again once my benefits reset.
