The exam was fast and painless, the staff was extremely helpful in helping me select some new frames, and the whole thing cost less than I thought. Great service with a large variety (at least for men's glasses that I was interested in). The prices are good and what I expected for prescription lenses. The best part was that, even during the pandemic, their lab had my glasses ready within 3-4 business days. I've also needed a few adjustments on the frame and I was happily assisted every time. I highly recommend this optical for anyone in the East York and Scarborough area. I had an amazing experience shopping here. I got my eye exam done here and the optometrist is very friendly and helpful. I got a pair of Ray-Ban glasses at an awesome deal. This is the best optical store in the east end. My family and I have been coming here for years. Sayeda the owner is the sweetest and extremely helpful. The optometrist, Dr. Bert Benavidez, is also very friendly. They have a huge selection of frames and also direct billed my insurance to make the process so easy! I got some very cool sunglasses and my wife got a very chic pair of Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses. Would highly recommend to anyone whos looking for top-notch service and great deals!

I got prescription glasses and sunglasses from here which I am very happy with! They have a large selection of brands and styles. Once they re-opened after the lock down, I was a little annoyed I had to follow up a few times to find out when my sunglasses would be ready. Other than that their customer service was excellent. My sunglasses had to be returned to have the correct lenses put in and that only took 1-2 days. I would recommend this place.

I went in to repair a pair of glasses, although it was a very old pair and not purchased here, Sayeda quickly repaired it for me within 24 hours. And the best part of all, she didn’t charge a penny for it!! I’ve had similar repairs done before around the $50 mark, and I was pleasantly surprised with her generosity.

My glasses broke and I had no extra pair and no Prescription, and I still needed to work everyday. I called around to a bunch of places and none of them were helpful or had any availability except this place! (they said you can come over immediately and we'll help you <3!). The Lady at Vision Clear Optical is so smart and kind! She tested my broken glasses to find my prescription, then offered me 2 weeks worth of contact lenses based off of that prescription for free while she booked me for an eye exam. They have some really lovely frames there, it was so hard to choose! I love how the lady gave me plenty of time and space to choose my new frames, she is so patient, even when I kept changing my mind xD! The Optician was extremely quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I got to see him even sooner than my scheduled appointment due to a cancellation. My new glasses came within a week of my eye test, she had sent off the frames before my exam so they already had them and just needed to make the lenses! Wow! The lady did a perfect job tightening my new frames so that they would fit my face and not slide off. She made me feel so welcome, and she gave me a great discount! Why had I never found this place before?! I'll NEVER go anywhere else! I am so grateful to Vision Clear Optical and their staff and highly recommend them. You're in good hands with them!

The experience at this store was beyond wow!! My kid was so fussy about finalising the frame he wanted for his glasses, however Saeeda and Rakin were so patient and calm, it was unbelievable.
