I returned here after many years. I was sad when I had to leave because of my insurance, and glad to see the great service hasn't changed in the years I've been gone. Everyone here is very nice, and I feel like the optometrist and contact lens fitter both worked hard to help me understand my options for my eyes. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer here for 8 years and my experience today made me decide it's finally time to look elsewhere. Honestly avoid this place if you can. The receptionist is rude everytime I'm there for starters. Whether on the phone or when you first arrive she makes you feel like such a burden. Dr Julie Kirchberger and the other doctor is extremely nice and very professional, however it is the experience you will get AFTER seeing them that is an absolutely turn off. One of the salesman, Chuck is THE WORST. Every single time I'm there even if there are other salesman I get stuck with him. He will harass you multiple times if you don't buy glasses there, and he even has said curse words in Italian to my mother when she chose not to get glasses here. Not everyone has the money to spend on glasses here. Online you can get amazing deals for the same glasses. When asking me where I get mine, he has tried arguing with me and getting visibly angry when I won't buy glasses from him. Chill out and give me my perscription, and let me make MY decision. Even when getting my glasses adjusted nearly a year later, Chuck had the audacity to start inquiring about where I got my glasses and how much I paid for them. He was able to tell based on the logo being on the lens, so even though HE KNEW THIS, he still had the audacity to ask and bother me about it. I don't need prices on glasses I already own. I understand you have a job to sell glasses, but you need to respect that people can go other places and they ultimately came here to get an eye exam. This has been a pattern for years and now I will be finding a new eye doctor. Maybe if the salespeople weren't guilting me or interrogating me everytime, I would have a better review to write.

SO nice! I work right around the corner and called to ask if they did repairs, they found a spare part to fix my glasses that I had been taping up, and fixed them for free. Thank you!

Go else where. The employees were rude and disrespectful. We called made an appointment to pick out glasses. When we got there they told us, we don't got time for that we close in a hour. I told them iam just looking and he tells us no we can't. But aren't you open for another hour. Just rude after use made the appointment with us. We couldn't even look. So we went to Sterling without an appointment. Thanks TTO Sterling was great.

Would not go back staff was helpful and friendly but $325 for one lens glasses due to glaucoma $98 for one progressive lens said they gave me 30% off or it would have been $500 for one pair of glasses frames were only 160

The last couple times I have been here, the staff have been extremely rude. I asked for a copy of my prescriptions and was treated with complete disrespect. I have been going to this location for years but will be switching. There is no need to be mean to your customers, and the attitudes have finally pushed me to switch.
