Jim at the counter is beyond rude. Was completely incapable of telling my what my insurance would cover for my lenses. "Around $99" is not a copay - it's what you are suggesting I buy, which is not my question. Dr Rodman is nice - sometimes too nice. Honestly I only came here because its one of the few places that my insurance takes but at this point I'd rather pay out of pocket than deal with the incompetent staff at this location. Last year when I came for my exam - they charged me 4x the cost of my copay and then couldn't refund my card, Dr. Rodman just wanted to give me cash back. I can't believe they are in business. Or that he is licensed. That was certainly my last experience with them. My response from corporate is "sorry they are independently owned/operated" - what a great representation of your company.

It was a great experience, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Rodman was super nice and great at answering questions. And in the time of COVID took the time to clean and wipe everything down right in front of you so that you knew it was cleaned.
