I have been to this Target a few times. I have NEVER had a bad experience like the one I had today. The cashier said an item was on a "do not sell list," so I was unable to buy it. So instead of a cashier or ANYONE helping me to grab a similar item, I had to walk through the entire store with my screaming, crying, baby. You would think someone with common sense would help me out. On top of it, I was starving myself and straight aggivated how they treated us. Then, I finally get back to my register, and the cashier took another customer. A horrible and horrendous situation to say the absolute least. I'll have to call the manager over myself the next time I need anything. I also got ZERO apologies for this incident.

I was having a problem with an online order for pickup - I went up to the customer service desk and the Target employee with so helpful, pleasant, very professional and was kind enough to allow me to pick up my item, a Keurig coffee maker and honored the $109.99 price from the actual price of $129.99 for online order pickup right away for me. It is so nice having someone work with you, be kind and so their appreciation of their hard work and job during these unsettled times. I have been, am and always will be a Target shopper. I would highly recommend Target as the #1 department store to friends and family. I wish I got the service department desk employee's name, to give her a big compliment and praise at the Niagara Falls, NY store. She was great!

Big Target just next to Walden Galleria Mall. This is a great location just over the Fort Erie bridge and is great for Canadians making a quick trip over the border.

I love this Target! I live in Lockport, and I used to go to the one down Transit, but when I found out that there was one in Niagara Falls, I had to stop by! I absolutely love their sense of clothing, it's unique, which is my style! The people are extremely helpful and the fitting room is always clean ????

Typical Target store. You have an assortment of clothes, personal hygiene items, as well as household items to choose from. Target also has a grocery section. The meats and the produce are very fresh. Now you can order online, and get your purchases drop off at your car. There is a designated area for pickup.

If I could rate zero stars I would. On behalf of my mom. 6 years ago, she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. As a family we have been learning to accept the debilitating symptoms of this disease. My mom struggles with her image, how she is being perceived by others, her body image and many other factors that are attributed to Parkinson’s Disease. She tries desperately to go on living her life as she normally would, however each day is a struggle she faces with bravery and courage. Today she was faced with such a bitterness and cruelty by one of your target employees, that I am in disbelief. We often travel to the states from Niagara Falls Canada. Today we went for breakfast and a quick trip to Tops and Target. I used to love going to Target, and this trip was specifically to pick up a book that I had been looking for by Shari Lapena. I could not locate where the books were located and to help me, my mom sought out assistance from a team member. I learned where the books were and parted to get what I was looking for. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that my mom would be not only disrespected but blatantly belittled and bullied by staff members in my absence. I returned to the area where I had left my mom but could not find her. I paid for my items and returned to the parked vehicle. I then found my mom with her head in her hands, shaking relentlessly and crying. She appeared defeated and broken. After much persuasion she informed me of what had happened, that one staff member (among others) had openly mocked her tremors and the fact she could not communicate to her best ability, directly in front of her. That this one employee harassed and bullied her disabilities of her disease. These events occurred between 11:45am and 12:12pm at the Niagara Falls Blvd location. I was offered a monetary gift by one of your representatives on the phone today of $25. However, I declined. I am not interested in gift cards or money. My family deserves an apology. Actions have consequences and treating people, especially customers in a professional environment in such a manner where you are belittling them and mocking them is unacceptable. The customer service team members name was Alicia.

My Children were trying to purchase sports cards and were told they could only have 1 per. The store has a policy of 2 per person due to limited supply. Do my kids not count as people?

Seems to only restock once a year as I've gone 3 times in the last month a vast parts of the store remain largely empty. Also at 11:30 am i would like to think they would have the pallets of overnight stock and carts full of cardboard and old stock pulled down but it was not. The staff is very friendly but some seem to just walk about as if they nothing to do

Went to the store to pick up the order that I placed online as I'm walking out of the store I noticed that they pulled the wrong two cube storage I ordered two gray units and was given one brown and one gray.when I walked back into the store I was told I would need to wait 24 hours before I could do anything I said absolutely not. I had to go back into the store look all over finally found them team member to help me locate the item that should have been at the front of the store to begin with.

I don’t normally review big box stores, however this location was deserving of a shout out. Two cashiers went above and beyond to be friendly and interact with my restless toddler, ensuring an easy checkout for my big cart full of products. They had stickers on standby and even sent some home for her cousin she was gabbing about to them. Small simple moment in their day. But it meant so much more to me. Good and friendly employees are hard to find and they have two (probably more!) awesome ones.

The pandemic hasn't crippled Target's staff numbers. There were employees everywhere. But none of them was in a hurry to help me! I stood 10 feet from four employees, and finally had to interrupt their conversation to acquire some help. There was one, very nice employee who helped me price an item without a price tag. Her pricing machine said that it was on sale for $10. When I got to the register, it rang up as $20. I told the cashier who said, "She has the same pricing machine I do, and mine says it's 20 bucks. Do you want it or not?" She didn't try to find out if it was on sale, or help me in any way. There was no line behind me. Apparently, she was in a hurry to join the gab fest with the other four employees.

Target shows respect for its employees and customers, and treats them both with consideration. In my 75 years on this planet, this is the first time I have ever seen fashion photos and manikins that look like ME (well padded), and have found fashionable clothes in my size - and at very reasonable prices - in a mainstream department store. Went shopping today. Was talking with the cash out clerk, what he'd her put my stuff in the bag. Filling it to the top. We wished each other a merry Christmas and I left. Got home couple hours later, noticed I was missing a $18 candle bottle of cleaned and couple other things. Attempted to call the store, but NOBODY ANSWERED FOR HOURS. unfortunately going back to the store today was not an option. So, why does nobody answer the phone. Called for hours. Terrible terrible customer service... Target, I know one person doesn't matter to you, but you probably lost my business

No US Shopping trip is complete without a visit to Target! This location is well located, clean and the staff are pretty helpful. Pros: -They carry great selection of natural beauty brands like Pacifica and Good Chemistry, which I'm so excited to try! -They also have a good selection of meat alternatives and plant-based protein products Cons: -The clothing area is usually a hit or miss for me -The shoe section is ALWAYS a mess whenever I come here, and most shoes are usually out of stock. Its pretty disorganized. - I found it pretty strange that I needed assistance to pick up a $20 perfume and when an employee came to help me, they said they would keep it up at Customer Service for me to come claim when I paid at cash.

This store is always clean and well organized. Most employees are helpful and courteous.However there have been a couple I have dealt with at the front registers and in electronics that seem bothered with having to help customers.There is one employee at customer service that is very rude without reason.The other times I have had to go to customer service the employees are usually courteous.

Horrible service. 1st. Didnt receive 20% from displays for C9 gear. Once I told the cashier she ignored me she said, it was a floor error. (I even recieved emails for the deal) Its not like im trying to stick it to them for 20%. Paying full price is never an issue. But a deal is a great way to continue being a loyal customer. 2nd. Couple in front of me paid with 5 20s their bill came out to 91.35. Cashier DID NOT CHECK THEIR CASH. My bill came out to 70.34, so i paid in 4 20s and exact change. This "VOLUNTEER CASHIER" scratched the bills, put them to light then used the marker. If this is not a form of profiling I dont know what is. If I wanted to by 2 pairs of leggings and a package of socks for less, I'd go online. I work 40-45 hours a week in NYC& Shop at targets whenever I can. This type of behavior is unnacceptable. Never returning.

The store's workers were cleaning constantly, the social distance floor stickers were well placed and easy to follow. There was multiple lanes open so all shoppers were maybe 3 people thick at most. One employee (young man with purple hair and beard) was masked and wiping down the shopping cart handles as they came in and ensuring all shoppers were handed a sanitized cart upon entry. Fast, quick and friendly worker!

This Target and the Target on Boulevard Mall and Transit Rd is selling expired wet cat food. Make sure you check the purge date. Already I was given expired cat food for Fancy Feast wet and Friskies wet. I notified their customer relations, store manager and shortly the FDA. Check the food dates on all your grocery items here, especially if you do drive up or pick up.

Pharmacy Techs are always so friendly but it seems like 9 out of 10 times I'm in the store I see cashiers standing around talking to one another. As a former employee of this company I know that they are meant to straighten end caps and the candy racks when and if there is down time not just stand around and talk.

There was an extremely rude black haired girl working the self check out, I believe her name was Anna. She kept talking with the other employees, while laughing and pointing at me and my family. It was extremely unprofessional. I was getting second hand embarrassment just from watching her. Then she screamed, in a rude tone, that the self register I was about to go to hadn't been cleaned yet. I will not be returning to this Target due to that experience.

Manager Katie was extremely rude threatening and demeaning . Asking personal questions and very unprofessional. Since I am an independent female I was discriminated against making a purchase . The limit sign clearly said two per guest .I am 62 and was also threatened like a child that I would not be allowed to purchase at all if I argued with her . Most stores are happy for business.She also told me corporate does not care about complaints they get thousands and do nothing . Not a good business model .

The stock / products carried are excellent. However I picked up an Oxo Soft Works Greensaver. It was - I read later after purchase and back in Canada - that it was to include a carbon filter. Unfortunately it does not.

The niagara falls store would only price match one product from target on-line so i immediately order two more products on target on-line and two hours later claim that one item was out of stock when they had 7 of them at that time i was there and two of them was put in bucket by cashier. So i had to drive 45 minutes away to another store to get it.

I tried to buy a toaster the other day, and the one I wanted wasn't on the shelf. So, I asked if there were any in the back, but they were out. So, the employee told me to go to customer service and that they can order it for me and have it shipped to me for free, so I went up front and asked but the employee up there told me that he can't order it that I have to do it myself, so I asked someone whom I know and who used to work for target and he told me that the store can order it. Customer service is not very helpful.

I am temporarily disabled, and the store does have motorized carts for us. The baskets are large enough to hold several larger items and made my shopping trip so much easier. Their shelves were stocked and their merchandise easy to find. I also enjoyed the food area, for many purchases. It's nice to have one-stop stores.

Visited this location today to compare prices on headphones. I had a pair that i bought at walmart with me and receipt with it. After browsing i went with my buddy and his child to cash out. This is when security came up to demanding i give him the headphones i bought at Wal-Mart even after showing him the receipt. Apparently he dont know how to read receipts. This was completely uncalled for arguing over $20 headphones in front of a 3rd grade child that was getting scared. This was one of my favorite store until now. I will never go back to this location or any other for fear that all their employees are as incompatent as the target swat team.

I purchased a piece of luggage and realized it was not big enough. I went back into the store and spoke with Payton in customer service. She told me to go find what I needed. The section with the luggage had things out of place, and what I chose was too expensive. Again, she and the supervisor patiently waited until I found what I needed. I was so impressed with them that I went back there when I needed some other things.
