Horrible customer service. The oldest receptionist always has an attitude. I walked out highly upset as both of the ladies that work there loudly talked about me in front of my face. As I was leaving a male customer was irate due to their service. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I will say that the eye doctor is great.

Staff was friendly and helpful in picking out a frame. Doctor was thorough. I normally go to the Cube closer to Sheridan (if you live in the area you know), but felt the frames were cheap and the doctor would spend half the time they did here.

I received what I went there for. Eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. The only bad thing is, it's like you are dealing with a car salesman instead of a doctor's office. The way they try to upsell everything seems tacky. More expensive frames, polarized, progressive lenses, etc.

Everyone who worked with me at this location was incredibly helpful and accommodating! I can't recommend them enough. I've had two exams at this location, and ordered from them twice. Both times, I've had to change things on my order or get extra help for something. Both times, it was no trouble at all and I've had incredible customer service.

UAW should drop this vendor. They scammed my 71 year old mother by up-charging her, then adding another $70 to the bill upon pick up. When asked why she was being charged more, they said they could return the the glasses (if she wanted to wait again for re-delivery) Then upon reviewing bill which they refused to itemize, it was discovered they charged her for things they didn't deliver (e.g. Lens Cleaning Kit). UAW widows do not pay $320+ for glasses. Shame.

Very friendly. I like the fact that they remind you to get an appointment so you don't lose your benefit for the year. My mom passed in December and I inherited her Tiffany frames, they are putting my prescription into her frames. An every day reminder of my wonderful mother.

I made an appointment and provided my insurance info. They called back and said we cant verify your insurance information. I verified on my insurers website, and gave them the information AGAIN. The person on the on the phone then said that I was gong to have to cal my insurance company. Not wasting my time. I called another vision center and made an appointment. It took them almost 30 whole seconds to verify my insurance info. Not sure what SVS is doing but if they cant even verify my vision insurance, I am not sure I want them providing vision care for my family.

Did not care for this place at all. The doctor, receptionist and the guy Aaron that helps you pick out the frames had a "better than you attitude". The doctor had the personality of a rock. Literally a rock would be more entertaining. The older receptionist was a miserable person and Aaron was the one that had an attitude. He seemed like he looks down on many people. The price of the lenses, eye exam and frames would have been almost $600 which to me is insane. Thank the lord I have insurance and I only had to pay a little over $100. Will definitely not go back to that place... Ever!!!!

Got the prescription wrong and couldn't see clearly out of the new glasses. Rx was way off. Took them elsewhere for new lenses with the right strength even though I had to pay for the 2nd ones. The guy was pushy also and wouldn't let me change my order.

Very friendly and explained everything. Doctor was very thorough and patient. Gave me options of the different types of lens' I could get providing both pros and cons of each. Didn't pressure me into a high price decision or rush me along. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new place for an exam and glasses to give them a try.
