The store is nice considering It’s always busy. I use the pick up option a lot. Lately even this is busy since you have to park in designated spots. The spots are always taken up by people to who are going in store to shop. For example this weekend my pick up order I had to wait 20 minutes for a spot and 5 for the employee to bring it out. I watched multiple people park here to go shopping. Or sit in the spot and wait for someone to come out from shopping. The employees who bring out your order are like 90% of the time pleasant.

Made an appointment to get 2 new tires to replace one with a slow leak. These were my instructions, "Take the 2 tires on the drivers side and put them on the front. Put the new tires on the back." They put the passenger side tires, including the one with the leak on the front. It ain't rocket science.

This is my favorite place to shop , I don't have a big family but there's great deals and you can always stock up and put things in the freezer !, I mainly buy the large 32 packs of deer Park water here VERY OFTEN ,as they are cheaper here than anywhere else so I stock up cuz I mainly drink water ! I really like the members orange juice as well, in my opinion it's just as good as any other brand I've tried on the market at a way better cost and it comes in a double pack ! SEE PICS) I also like to fill up on gas while I'm here, the prices are unbeatable ! Premium gas is what put in my Dodge charger SRT8 and it takes premium gas and it's literally $0.50 a gallon cheaper than anywhere ! period ! That's a $9 savings on a tank of 18 gallons of gas for this beast ! Wow ! That's almost a $40 savings a month only filling up once a week and sometimes it's more for me depending on how much I use the car ! and.....I OWN 3 vehicles total I do this with ! 2 Dodge chargers and 1 work van ! So JUST IMAGINE ....It's MORE THAN worth the membership fee alone ! ????

This is by far the worst Sam's club i have ever been to. it is dirty, disorganized. the customer service is non-exisitant, the workes are more concerned with clowning around and talking than doing their job. they rarely have more than 3 registers open. the selection is horrible, and they rarely collect carts from the lot. the gas station is even worse!!!!

Today I experienced extremely rude customer service. This lady who worked their made me feel like I didn’t understand English when I was talking to her in English fine & clear, and asking her employees to make me the situation when I already knew what she was talking about. Sometimes people forget there membership card, but for her to act like its illegal to swipe someone else’s card who offered to swipe his card for us just the sake of the long line and multiple items. Then she walks towards us and snatches the cart from us and say, “they are done! They can go somewhere else.. I’m not dealing with this bs”. It was very unpleasant to be treated this way when you forget to bring a damn card. They need to train (some) employees about manners throughly again. I will never shop here again.

This place is horrible the customer service is no good and they are complete liars they try to make you get the pro card for seven extra dollars when it's good for nothing and they lie about you having extra bucks on your Sam's Club account in order for you to get the card thinking you're going to get extra bucks. All the people at Sam's Club have an attitude especially when you are coming into the Sam's Club store or leaving the Sam's Store there's this African-American woman with a horrible blond wig when you leave she has nothing but smart remarks to tell you this Sam's Club in Rosedale it's very horrible and ghetto

I liked it, you need a membership from Sam's club just to bring your company to the store or have a one guest with you if you don't have one. The main reason that I give it four stars because of them not restocking as much. And some stuff is a little bit expensive like the frozen meatballs.The Staff is nice, and the stuff that you get is in bulk. So its very nice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to verify availability of an item, the lady that I spoke with says we have four available. I drive a half hour to the store and am told yes we have it but we can't sell it to you because we need it for Black Friday. I am beyond upset. If they would have told me when I called that they had them but they were unavailable for sale I would not have wasted over an hour of my time, gas money and toll money.

One of the prescriptions I get from my doctor is pretty rare nowadays and most pharmacys don't have it in stock, but this Sam's Club pharmacy has it every month and the pharmacy techs are super nice and helpful. They know my name and always help me out if something is wrong with my prescription.

Marquis, the gas attendant, was Impressive he was the 1st gas attendant that I've seen wipe down the gas pumps handles and Buttons. I always get my gas from Sam's and no other attendant did this before. I will continue to come back just because of him i feel safe.

You could easily get a parking spot outside of Sam's on the weekdays (sometime it's hard to find a parking spot on the weekends), Inside is very neat you can get whatever you need in there, name it they got it, plus customer service is excellent they help you whatever you need. For the new folks who has never been to Sam's club you need a membership to get in, you can go in with someone (that you know) who has already has a membership plus they also need your membership card when you checkout too.

let me try this way because the manager's never come to the phone. ive had a membership for years and come in alot but im in the store today with newborn son, and im glad i didnt have my other young kids with me, as me and my mother are waiting in line at the cafe you hear this lady yelling at the cashier then walks off and gets a green vest and is yelling at her too. now the green vest is walking with one of the tire guys troy, he put tires on my car for cheap last year and since then him, Darrin, Gerard and the other tire guys always say hi or help with my things. troys even walked me and my mom to our car a few times and helped put kids in. but anyways troy is with the the green vest and there helping and the lady is still fussing up a storm by this time the older lady manager with the man voice walks past and does nothing about this lady who us calling her employees the b word and yelling f this and f that in front of other kids and members so troy tells the lady well maam where here to help but ill go get a manager for you. he walks away, now the lady is fussing at the green vest then troy walks back an goes and walks over to the same older manager and the young black one who has the wild hair he points to the lady whos fussing then walks up away. the manager's do nothing. and the lady continues, i ordered my food and walked out in shock me and a few others this lady cussed everyone out and the manager's did nothing. i called a few times to inform them that no one deserves to be spoke to like that and that there employee's did a good job and handled that lady well. the management could have been a lot better but i got put on hold for 15 min both times. I think im going to try another sams or bjs for shopping now ill still get my tires from sams but not at this store anymore.

This store is good in some parts but horrible in other parts. My first dealing with this store was last year when I bought 4 tires from the tire department, the person who helped me was very rude, even i spoke with Mike the supervisor but he just wasn't listening to what I was saying. The good part is that the store is very clean and well organized and they have quality stuff. So theyes just need to improve registerso and supervision.

I know its the holiday season, but, to be on hold for 1 hour is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have been trying to reach the tire center since they opened and no one will answer. I was transferred to the customer service desk, who tried to help, but they were unable to help. The only good thing from this was the lead Dominique went over there to try and help me, but, she was unsuccessful in getting them to answer the phone. If I could give Dominique 5 stars I would! When the tire center finally answered, I was informed that they do not have any appointments until Xmas Eve! How long does it take for you to tell someone that you do not have any appointments! This tire center is probably the worst one in Maryland!

This Sam's Club is very filthy and shady looking on the outside, but the inside is the complete opposite. I was surprised seeing as how it's a ghetto area, but that just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. The store is well stocked, they have an operating eatery. They also have Life Wtr and Oreo thins, 2 products my mom and I couldn't find at the Timonium location. Which is bizarre because how can you not have something as simple as a basic Oreo product?? Lol. Anyway this Sam's club is awesome. Only downside is the parking, it's extremely tight and it can be hard to find a space, even on a weekday. Plus there's a glaring possibility that someone might hit your car as they're pushing their cart, thanks to the limited spacing. This is why I took off one star. However great Sam's Club nonetheless.

Ordered online thinking it would be an easy pickup. Nope, I was wrong. Customer service over the phone was horrible. They hung up on my 4 times and claimed that I missed my order pickup date. When I went into the store they were just as rude. I will take my business else where.

They deceive and mislead people to open credit cards. They will ask do you want $30 coupon during the checkout, as long as you answer these two questions, they will give you the SURPRISE that your credit card will be mailed to your membership-bound address in the next few days. I just moved here today and the membership’s address was wrong. Therefore I had to spend an hour calling the bank to figure out what credit card they opened for me and correct the mailing address of my surprise new credit card. Actually I would like to open a sam’s club credit card since I just move in nearby, but DEFINITELY NOT IN THIS WAY.

I love the curb side pick up that has been implemented. The attendant was extremely helpful because I was not inputting the correct information in my cellular device. She took the extra mile to come outside and assist me with putting the correct information into my device. Then she went back into the store filled my order and brought it out to my car. Visited for the first time with a relative's membership a week ago. The line outside first thing in the morning was daunting, but we got in an under 30 minutes. After only having access to an international Costco where things were in bulk, but not affordable, Sam's was a freakin' wonderland. So many big tubs of guac, hummus and other dips for under ten bucks. A nice selection of cheeses to rival TJs and Whole Foods imho, but bigger chunks and cheaper. A variety of baked goods and basic fruit. I was pretty impressed by the prices. Cleaning supplies were a little weak, but that could be bc of the pandemic. Not sure what those aisles look like under normal conditions. Still, I'm considering getting a membership just to get the supersize Greek yogurt on a regular basis:)

While i love this store, i just had a really bad experience there. I purchased a mattress. Needed assistance with putting it on my car .The carryout employees completely ignored the employee who asked for assistance .fifteen minutes later, i watched two leave and delegate the task to the one left. When hee helped us we were informed that there was no twine to tie it down, and he just walked away and left us . i went back in to inquire and was told that there is no more twine, sorry .so i asked for a refund and someone to come remove it from the top of my car....the employees scattered and disappeared Leaving us angry with an unsecured mattress and no way to transport it.

I watched cashier in the food area, BRYAN PHILLIPS, take cash and make food with the same gloves. I figured perhaps I just couldn't see him changing his gloves so I kept quiet until my turn. Bryan took my money and proceeded to make my hotdog. I then asked him if he was going to change his gloves. He disregarded that question and asked me if I wanted someone else to make my hotdog. I said no and that what I would like is for him to change his gloves and discard the contaminated rolls and food. I then asked for a refund and he told me I had to go to customer service. I then asked to speak with a manager. He then yelled, "I don't have time for this!" His manager, SHAWNA THOMAS MARSHALL, was preparing someone's pizza, without gloves, while taking on her (contaminated, I'm sure) cell phone. Shawna finally walked over after taking her time walking back and forth talking on the phone and asked me what was my problem. I explained the horror that had just happened and that Bryan was not changing his gloves after taking cash money from people. She just stared, was not apologetic, and did not tell him to change his gloves. I asked her name and Bryan's name and she gave it to me in a nasty tone as if I was wrong for filing a warranted complaint with her. After giving me her name, she looked at Bryan and said, "You heard that?" And she walked away. I never got the refund I asked for as I did not have time to wait in a customer service line for something that was not my fault and Bryan continued making food with contaminated gloves. This matter needs to be address with them both and I will post this experience in as many places as I can think of until I'm certain it has been addressed. Clearly this location is unsanitary and does not care about the wellness of its customers during this pandemic.

I picked one star because that is the lowest it will allow me to rate. I recently went with my wife to pick out a tree and we fell in love with one we thought was prices at $129.00. We proceeded to get an employee to take the tree down for us and he advise us the price was incorrect. However, they were all underneath the $129.00 price tag. So we kindly asked the associate Nick to please get a Manager for us. The assistant Manager dawn approached us and let us know there was nothing he could do for us because we could have changed the price for all he knows. I've been shopping at this location for years but most likely I will not be returning. I came to this location 2weeks ago ,& when I realized I didn't have my plus card I went to customer service who printed out a temporary pass. After almost 3hours of grocery shopping I get in line & the cashier says that my membership expired. I just shopped here in June & upgraded in February. No one said that my card expired when I went to customer service. What a waste of time & its embarrassing to be in line with all that food. I waited for 30mins for a manager & they never came. That was a inconvenience and now I will be getting a BJ's membership and will encourage my family to do as well.

If you go in the morning or evening you normally have a line. After 6 I normally get in and out. They also had a long line inside of the store, but they have a scan & go in their app. You can also pay through the app and exit the store and they just check your phone receipt. That's a big plus.

Although i love sams club and i have been with them since many years, i had such a bad customer service today with the store manager today. They installed 2 windshield wipers with sams and i was driving after and one of the wipers wasn’t installed correctly( it wasn’t secured in the right place ) so it broke and came out while i was driving. I talked to the store manager today and he didn’t want to help me and he insisted that the problem is with my car and i have to purchase a new one. I am very disappointed, it’s not even worth it but I felt that sams club always put their customers first but not this time.

Sam's club is always crowded! Unorganized! Can't get help to get more products of the shelf. We can't find parking spot, circle driving around for 10-15 minutes to get a parking spot. The lady is asking if we want to save $30 on our purchases but we have to open credit card. The carts are dirty some have bunch of boxes in it. During the pandemic rampage they care about cleaning carts and prompt about cleanliness.

I am not sure about other locations, but this store is by far the worse. I actually use to be employed there, and when first starting coming to work was exciting, fun. I was bullied, harassed, and more, and you mind as well say that bringing it to management does you no good. A supervisor told employees I wanted to give sexual favors, and another one called me on my day off to curse me out about a pair of glasses. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had. The managers there cover themselves by telling lies etc

Some items, like apple juice, are absent from the shelves. Other products, like bottled water, are limited to three cases per person. I had to give Sam's Club a two stars based on their new check out system. This Sam's (can't speak for all) changed their self-check out to 15 items or less, card only. Everyone else has to go to the regular check out. The line reached all the way back to the bakery area. I've asked an employee what was the cause for the change. The employee stated that it was based on social distancing. You would have thought Sam's would want the customers in and out instead of lingering in the store. Please do your self a favor and down load the scan and go app. You will save yourself time and a headache.

I like the store but the gas station in Niagara Falls is abysmal. Most cars are drivers side gas tanks, yet they removed the longer hoses that allowed you to fill up from the passenger side. I make it my business to speak to the cashiers and the greeters, etc. The cashier was rude, didn't speak when I asked how she was doing? Then I said thank you, after she gave my change, she didn't say you're welcome. Then I had to go to customer service for a refund on something that the rude cashier rung up twice. That person was so unconnected, like, can I help you with no sense of compassion. I was like wow. So as I left, the person that checks the receipts, spoke to me 1st, I spoke back. Then I said you're the only person that is friendly here. She said I was the 3rd customer that said that. Now I get it, you're wearing a mask, maybe you work there because your job was shut down and you need the job. Whatever your issue is, please be kind to the customers. Because, someone may want to take your place, that's appreciating to work at this day and time.

I love the selections and prices. The staff on the other hand are always rude. I have had problems with their customer service staff twice, the staff in the food "court" is equally as rude. The first time I went and got my card, the lady at the customer service desk told me I had to leave and couldn't be in there because it wasn't 10 am yet. It was 9:50 am. (I have the pass where you can't shop till 10 am. You can be in there, you just cant buy anything till 10 am.) Which was fine. In the end we asked for the manager and she was great. But they really need to work with their employees on how to treat customers. I'd recommend going to a different Sam's Club.

The selection and quality of food and merchandise is great. The check out sucks. Longer than average lines and incompetent cashiers. I cannot wait until this store participates with the Sams Club app that allows you to do the entire purchase process on your phone.. Until this happens, I do not plan on going again.

January 2022 update. Since getting gas today worked without a hitch, the pumps working properly and even giving receipts, I decided to also shop inside the warehouse. Majorly disappointed to see some employees not even wearing masks other than down by their chin below their nose below their mouth not covering either one. Interacting with customers. Some customers were without. I appreciated everyone who did wear a mask. Bought a few items. Two more than the one item I came in for. Pleased with purchases on my 3rd in store visit to buy, within last 8-9 months. But please, wear a mask. Covid is rampant.

I've shopped for years at Sam's club and have never had a problem until now. I purchased a trailer from them. A 6x10 Karavan platinum trailer. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the fender was cracked and it was missing a part on the tailgate. They wouldn't back their product and informed me that i would have to email Karavan and i would have to Google it to find the email address. I spent $1500 frickin dollars for something with broken and missing parts. What a crock.

I shop at this Sam's Club every week and its consistency is comforting. Having a big family, it certainly helps that they are trying to keep the prices at the same level (or as close to it as possible) as they were before pandemic. You are greeted at the door by a pleasant associate who offers you a disenfected cart. The store is clean and I welcome their "item limits", which allow all of us to get what we need. Great job!

I ordered a two tear cake on 6/17/16 when I went to pick up the cake it was made wrong and I was told" WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT, ITS NOT ANYTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT", I just took the cake because my son party was the next day. when I got the cake to the party the top layer had fell off. The cake was all icing there was no cake. I WILL NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM SAMS AGAIN I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTED.

Do not buy heating aids from Sams Club, they continually have no technician available, we spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids. Called for service and cleaning which is included, Was told they may have someone in a few months. When you call to speak with the department was left on hold for 20 minutes and then someone from Optical finally picked up and told me to try the Cheektowaga store. This is not the service that you would expect for such a huge purchase and one the affects the quality of life for my Mom.

Buying some products in bulk is great . One negative is produce . Must be used quickly. Always finds a few "rotten" pieces in the bunch , be it potatoes, apples, tomatoes, grapes, strawberries or nectarines. Since the recent and ongoing "pandemic" it has been a blessing to purchase on bulk so as to not have to return to the store as often. Prices are great!

I have never experienced worse customer service than I have from the tire department at this Sams Club location. I completely understand this is a very busy time of year, so the lack of returning my calls or even answering the line to your department is understandable. But to speak to FOUR different employees who all told me different days and times of when my tires would be in, even though they kept scheduling appointments for me, shows the lack of profession your business has. Also, Jay, it’s 2pm and I’m still waiting for your 11am call back. Do not bother. Tread City scheduled me, comes to my work for installation and was still cheaper! I finally thought about it; if I can’t even trust your team to give me a clear response to if my tires are even there or not, why would I trust your team to put them on my vehicle safely? Embarrassing to say the least.

It was good for the most part. What upsets me is they allow non-service dogs in there. These dogs are allowed to sit in the shopping cart where you place your food and other items. Sam's is really up on hygiene, food temps, sanitation, etc...yet we have this oral/fecal route going on.

The woman manager is inconsiderate and ignorant to customers needs and concerns. Employees using profanity and derogatory terms while there are customers and children within earshot. I watched a woman complain to the manager and when the woman walked away, the manager laughed at her. The manager did not do anything about the employees behavior and in fact could hear the employees talking about customers. It is a joke inside this store and sad to see. Obviously corporate does not care what’s going on I would avoid this store if you have any dignity at all.

I got to Sam's club a few times a month and sometimes a few times a week leading up to holiday's or special occasions. On my last trip which was the 9th. I purchased alot of candy, halloween hostess cakes and variety pack chips on anticipation of Halloween. I have cancer so I love to do special things this day I make gal. size bags of snacks and candy filled up. Today I open up the Hostess variety pack of scary cakes and twinkies. Upon inspection they expire on October 23rd u have to open the big box in order to open the other 2 boxes to actually access the products in order to find expiration dates...smh... I will be exchanging them for AN UP TO DATED PRODUCT

Friendly helpful staff. This store is very busy and staff will always take the time to help you! Selection of items in store is great and store shelves are always well stocked. Also if something is not on display just ask one of the friendly staff and they will take it down for you. The store offers powered mobile carts and ask the cashier if you need help loading your purchases in to your vehicle. They will help! A great place for your shopping needs!

Check your receipts before you leave! I purchased during one of the "one day sale" events and by the time I got home I realized they charged me full price instead of the event price. I called the store to see if they would honor the correct price and they refused. I contacted customer service on the app and phone and was told the store needed to handle it. They called the store and the same nasty associate I talked to earlier reiterated they would not correct their mistake. I contacted corporate via email and still haven't heard back from anyone yet. Store 3256 needs to get it together.
