when i gave my glasses to them to change the lenses, they bent a part of the frame of my glasses. When i later complained, they said i was the one who bent the frame. How ridiculous.

Highly recommend this place! The owners are very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and spent nearly an hour helping me find a pair of glasses. The glasses were ready within 1 business day and they had a great selection.

Well, I cannot say the owner and their staff doesn't give good service and their products are not good. Only one thing and that is critical, that is he is not that clear and honest about warranty coverage on frames about the products and make you feel that it is covered so that you will go with him. Then once you have problems with the frame, then they will say it is not covered because it is not a manufacturing defects. When they first sell it to you, they said this brand name one (expensive one) is cover with warranty that is 2 year and no question ask and just bring it back. So, you go for a more expensive, but in fact they are limited warranty. So, I think if he told me that first it must a manufacturing defect and only limited, then I might not go with this brand. So, I rate it a 2 star.

This has become my go-to for eyewear! Love the fact that they have some really great trendy options that you normally don't find in basic eyewear stores like Loblows/Hakim etc. And the prices are pretty reasonable too if you compare from others. You will definitely be able to find a good affordable trendy style in a reasonable budget! thanks

I bought pricey name brand sunglasses at this shop. However, a scratch appeared inside the lens after a couple of times I wore them. When I asked for exchange or refund, I was told these scratches are results of short temple tips and I should be more cautious for the next sunglasses! However, I expected more quality from Ray Ban sunglasses or the seller should be more accountable for the quality of their goods.

I just had a good experience there buying a pair of sunglasses. The lady (assistant?) was so nice and patient, we tried many shades and took a while to decide, and she had to disinfect them after we touched them, and she was so professional. there are a good selection of brands and models, varying from less than 200$ to 1000$ and more. I am pretty satisfied doing business there. I will do that again!

I am very please with their service. I went in there to buy sunglasses. The lady at the desk was very patient with me as I tried on many brands. She is knowledgeable and knows the new styles and what sunglasses and eye glasses will suit my face. She was kind, professional, and organized. She never made me feel rushed and stayed with me until we picked out the perfect pair for me. I will definitely go back and bring my family there. I highly recommend this place.
