He has delivered superb quality service and timely too. I received my sunglasses promptly even though I had mentioned I was not in a rush. Muntazir is our go-to person for any thing optical. When it comes to frame selections, he patiently walks us through all our options and lets us take our time until we are satisfied with our choices. His store has a good selection of products that are reasonably priced. Overall, an excellent experience.

I went to see Monty at Opt!que and his customer service is exceptional. He always takes the time to help me find great frames.. He also went well beyond my expectations helping me figure out the type of lenses I need based on the work I do. I am writing this because yesterday he fixed some frames I damaged and now they are like new. i'll be back to see him with my family for our new glasses this fall. Support independent businesses with owners who care like Monty and you will never go wrong.

This is by far the best glasses shop that I have ever been to in the 25 years that I have been wearing glasses! They have an extensive selection of glasses and the staff are all so kind and helpful without being pushy. Ended up with exceptionally well suited & unique frames. The lens quality exceeded my expectations. I have never had such amazing service in my life and only wish I would have known about this store earlier! can't believe that there is such a gorgeous selection of glasses from all over the world in St. Catharines better than stores in Toronto. I wish I'd found this place sooner.

Brought my sunglasses ???? here 8 months ago before covid. The arm broke and needed a new one. Was $80 for both arms. No problem a little much but they are ray bans. However they put brown arms on instead of the black it had and I ordered. 5 months later they call to say the were ready. I came i they had brown arms I said wrong color arms they re ordered and 8 months later i get here to get them as i did not get a call saying they were ready. I come get them and they are scratch inside where they need to change the arms. Also on the front. I said whats thus he said what I said they are scratched. They where not dropped of with scratches. He said nothing he can do. Fed me some b.s about taking the glass out to fix. Whatever. I asked if he can clean the glass part to get the marks off and he said nothing he can do and no he wouldn't clean them. This is by far the worst store ever. $250 dollar ray bans and then $80 for arms to be replaced and 8 months. I would not recommend this store to anyone price, repair time, and the scratches. I should have bought a new pair which is now what I have to do. Thanks for destroying my glasses. Negative star if I could.

Do not go unless you want to visit 3 times to get non-damaged and correct lenses. My partner came back to the store 3 times in order to get the glasses he paid for. The first time the frames were damaged, lenses were dirty where the lenses are placed into the frame, and no one checked to see if the glasses fit properly like at other optical places I have visited before. The second time, my partner said he could not see properly. The worker told him to wait 14 days for his eyes to adjust. Nothing else was done for him. The third time, after 4 days of having difficulty with seeing, we went back Optique. We were told again that he HAD to wear them for another 10 days even though my partner knew something was wrong. Afterwards, the worker checked the prescription on the glasses. Long behold, the prescription was wrong for his eyes. However, the worker said no the prescription is not wrong, they are just switched (the lens for the right eye is in the left and vice versa). Pretty sure that is still the wrong prescription for his eye. No apology issued. Just a "come back in an hour". No refunds are allowed especially if you used the warranty for the pre-damaged frames. No refunds even if the lenses are wrong and poor customer service. Not happy at all with this service, I would NOT recommend. The previous owners were great and I bought my glasses there where I had no problems - which is why I encouraged my partner to come to Optique. A big mistake on my part.

There is no return option no matter what. And it's says on receipt but I didn't notice it, which is my fault. A year ago I purchased three pares of glasses (Tom Ford, Gucci and another one for my son, don't remember the brand name) recently bought another Ray Ban for my wife, but insurance didn't cover them, so I wanted to return them next day and buy another two pairs for myself and my son. The manager didn't even try to help, just said there is no return policy. I will not go back to the store that don't care about their customers. BTW, lady that sold me the last glasses was super nice and professional.

I’m pretty sure this place sold me knock off Ray-Bands. But I’m not positive. What I am positive of: - I tried on the ones in the case, assuming like any other reputable store those would be sanitized, put back and I would get a new pair. Nope. Instead I got the pair that every single other person had tried on because they are NOT sanitizing. In addition, the box was dented and the glasses have a scratch on the lense. I came back and asked and I was told “if you wanted a new pair you should have said that.” I didn’t think I had to?!?!?!? AVOID

The staff at his store is great, especially Emily. My wife was in looking at frames and Emily was very courteous and patient, helping my wife choosing the best ones. Also she went above and beyond with her customer service, delivering her self my contacts when they arrived, as they were on back order. I will be returning and recommending this store to all my friends. Thank you so much Emily for all your advice and for taking good care of us.

shop around before making a decision, later found out 60 dollar basic reading glasses at walmart was quoted for 148 than as a favor it was dropped to 98 dollars, got a brand new pair of frames comes with the cheapest plastic bags , I was not aware it can be this bad in terms of price gouging, won't be a next time.

Recently went here not knowing much about glasses but in need of a pair. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge from the employee named Emily. She was super understanding that I was new to wearing glasses and helped me evaluate all my options financially. I ended up with a pair of Tom Ford glasses after consulting with Emily on the style. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends in need of a new pair. 5/5
