First time buying eye glasses and sunglasses from this store in April 2021, and I'm happy to say that I had a fantastic experience! I needed to get reading glasses for my boyfriend, and the owner of the store Albert helped me from the beginning to the very end. He was able to answer my questions (with a speedy response) by email and by phone, and the glasses only took 1 week to arrive! 10/10 experience, and will definitely be coming back for my own eye exam and glasses! :)

Went to a few different Optical shops. Found that most people were very pushy or disinterested in talking to you if you weren’t ready to commit to the purchase the day of. Albert however made things very comfortable for me and genuinely seemed more concerned about making sure I did not feel any pressure at all over his sales. He showed me multiple options and talked about what frames would best suit me and my financial situation. Though I did not purchase an eyeglasses yet I’m positive that when I’m ready I want to go through Albert as he gave me such a wonderful experience.

Albert and his team are wonderful, very patient and helpful. They have a nice selection of frames and are a mine of information about various lens options and costs. Very flexible and accommodating. I've had my last two eye exams with Dr Vivian Zhang's practice on the other side of the shop, and I ordered my last two pairs of glasses here, as well as my contacts. Definitely recommend!

First time buyer, and I would recommend this location to everyone. I have been to a couple optical shops, and here I received by far the most excellent customer service. The sales rep (actually is the owner of the store) assisting me, Albert, went above and beyond to ensure my experience at the optical shop went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly, and I even sent my mom and my cousin to him, who also received the same outstanding customer service. This will definitely be where I come to purchase my eyeglasses in the future!
