This place was amazing. Everyone who was there the first day were professional and kind. Best optician experience ever. The doctor truly cares. They have a very comprehensive screening procedure compared to other places I've been. I was very happy. Highly recommended.

The doctor is great but I had to call 5 times (tried at all different hours) before anyone would answer the phone. Twice it said the inbox was full and wouldn’t ring out, once they had apparently left for the day despite it being way before closing and two more times in rang but nobody was there to answer it. Maybe time for someone new to take your messages?

I had a appointment and waited 2 weeks, went all the way there and they said that they don't take my insurance,but all along had my insurance information....never go there again. Horrible service. They also had no available seating.

The staff is rude. Whoever answered the telephone sounded like he was being burdened. I gave him the name of my ins and he said he needs more info, such as a carrier, so i dug and found the carrier and called back. He gave me the same bs and said he needs more significant info. I tried to order contacts 2 months ago but it took me 2 weeks and i ran out because they couldnt find my chart. The lenses in my glasses are absolutely horrible and i can ot even wear them. Not to mention when i got them they already had a scratch. Im done here

If you have eye problems like me dont go here! I've been going my whole life and wish I switched sooner. Not very caring about eye issues and dont solve problem. Not enough staff had no contacts and couldn't get me in for a whole month. High prices. Def glad to be switched and taken care of

I would give zero stars if i could. Frist went there and the place was packed. This is during the pandemic. Tried to sign is but they where so disorgnized that i wated 15 min just to talk to someone and there where 5 people on the floor. No chart ready nothing was even prepaird ahead of time. We waited in this room with 4 other familys. Kids running around touching everything. I will remind you that this is during the pandemic. finly got in to see the doctor. He did tests with out even asking if it was ok. When i pointed this out he said well its your fault you said you dont like this other test. Not even give us a choise. Then get out to chose the glasses and the man rushes over to us and rudly shoves 3 bins to us and said thats all you get chose from that. We do and we are told we are done. No info or anything is given to us. no time that we can expect to pick up. not even a thank you. That was 2 months ago. I been calling and calling to find out where my glasses are. Finly today i was told that i need to come in and do it all over again. Are you kidding me! Save your self some time. Go somewhere else!

If I could put -5 stars I would My child is autistic he is 8 years old it was my child's first time going here and the ignorant eye doctor yelled at my son who gets hyper when he's at a new place all because he touched somthing when I'm his parent I would of took care of it instead ge continued to be nasty to me and my son so we left without my son keeping his appointment this place is a disgrace wouldn't ever recommend this place nor to any special need parent

This is a busy family business. Dr. Atkinson knows everything about eyes, and it's amazing he performs chiropractic work as well! My husband and I have been going here for years, we've referred friends, and now my eldest son has had his first appointment here!
