Mr. Best is well named because he truly offers the *best* customer service you can find. The one negative review on here cracked me up because Mr. Best is the antithesis of rude. He has been taking excellent care of my parents for decades. He takes time to answer any questions and makes sure everything is just right. It’s abundantly clear that his customers’ well being and satisfaction is his priority and his passion. Highly recommended!

Just called to ask if they do DMV related vision test as they are a registered DMV complainant store on the DMV site. When I asked about the process the guy rudly said "sounds like I dont know much about it" and hung up on me. Classic case of local below caliber establishment. Shame.
