My husband and I visited Maple location on August 4th 2018 and we were so happy with the service we received. The women Zi took her time with each of us no matter how many glasses we tried on. She was even nicer, if that is possible when we went back to pick up our glasses. She measured us and ensured our glasses fit perfectly. She even assured us she would correct the prescription if we experienced any trouble. Definitely returning to this location to handle all our eye wear needs. Thank you Hakim Maple

I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years and it’s the only place I trust with my eyes. Z goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want (especially because I have such picky taste and difficult eyes to work with haha). Needed solution to mend a simple scratch on my glasses they agreed to sell me the solution then 2 minutes after said sorry you didn’t purchase those frames with us. Just because I never Purchased glasses with you DOESNT mean you can deny someone to purchase something else.

I had a great experience with the sales representative Zee ,despite all restrictions due to COVID witch involve every time a client point at the many frames, she have to pick them up all for the client. After they try them she have To clean all the ones the client did not like and they might go for round two or 3 until they find the frame they like .Zee kept her smile and showed her passion and experience in helping me choose my frames. I like my frames and felt safe shopping knowing all glasses are cleaned after every try. I recommend this location.

dont go to this location. they made my glasses, left side glass would come out automatcially and wont go back in. i had to run around like an idiot to get it fixed. it happened 5 times since i bought it from them. the problem the the glass is not carved properly to fit in the frame. its edge should be carved properly. charge so much money and what you get an unprofessionaly finished glasses

The 1st time I came to this location I had amazing customer service from the whole staff, 2 yrs later after phoning in I was very disappointed by the lack of quality service. The employee who answered the phone not only had me waiting on hold for a long time but impatiently rushed me off the phone rather than helping attend to my concerns. My glasses had just broken and I needed to replace the frame but I was told they most likely don’t have the frames and that they’re busy, so they’ll call me if they have it. I still haven’t received a call and I doubt I will. Anyone who has broken their glasses knows that you need them replaced ASAP and I didn’t have time for the uncertainty I was given. I ended up calling another location which had better customer service and even though they didn’t have the exact model in stock they found the same style in a different colour that I could pick up the same day and they were also willing to call around at different locations to find my frames and order them in. Even though this location is so close to my house I don’t think I will be going there again.

I went in to have my eye exam yesterday and have my old glasses repaired today. Zee was extremely helpful! She provided great advice to help me with choosing the new glasses I need! in addition, the store follows the covid 19 protocol which I am super impressed with. Not all stores follow the protocol these days.
