Outstanding customer service: extremely expensive Gucci glasses- deformed due to keeping in car in the case. It shouldn’t. Went back to them and complained. Rajat and Rubina handled the situation with top notch customer service- which matched the premium product I bought. They replaced the frame within 10 business days and sent it via mail. You got a client for life.

Prices on frames are a tad higher than other places and service is a bit slow. It took 2 weeks (10 business days ) for me to receive my glasses. Decent place but you'd receive better service at another optometrist

I was in search of a cool new pair of sunglasses for this summer, and Rachit was super helpful in assisting me in finding a nice pair of RayBan Sunglasses. He had me try out a couple of other glasses such as Gucci, and Cartier etc making sure that I got the chance to see the different variety that would suit me and my style. Rachit is very well versed in understanding the basic fundamentals of what styles are in trend and what looks good on his clients. I had an amazing time while shopping at EyeStar Optical. I went to Eyestar to buy sunglasses and it was an amazing experience. Rachit helped me choose the right fit and design and went above and beyond to recommend the right quality and fashion. Nine years ago I purchased my two sets of high end glasses here and the quality and service was amazing. Yesterday I went back given my prescription has drastically changed, and after talking through my new prescription and my insurance company, the gentleman (the one I think most people are bashing on here) told me that my specific insurance company would not cover them. All other companies they have no issues with except mine. They would still happily order the new lenses for me, but did forewarn me that I would not be reimbursed by my insurance group. I honestly didn’t believe him. When I called my insurance company they validated everything he said to me. The fact is, yes they did lose a sale, but how transparent this gentleman was is what I really appreciated. I will likely end up with new frames in the next year, and I know my insurance won’t cover it, but I will certainly be returning year after year for all my glasses including sunglasses because of his honesty. Yes one small sale is lost, but they will earn far more from be because of this gentleman’s honesty.

I would give Dr. Francis Liu 6 out of 5 stars if possible. He is awesome! I got a corneal ulcer in my eye and went to get my eye exam done with him for new prescription glasses. He took his time to explain what is going on in my eye.... something the ophthalmologist following me wouldn’t do. Dr. Liu is very patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this optometrist to anyone! The staff are all helpful & wonderful also. Thank you team :)

Very bad experience. Last evening I was at this store in square one. The staff don’t bother to acknowledge you. The Chinese guy was chatting with a lady customer for ten minutes and would not even make eye contact to someone waiting at the counter. I had to literally say “sorry to interrupt but can you tell me if I wed prior appointment for an eye test”. On plus side the shop has a great range of frames to choose from.

I just went to this place for an eye exam a couple of weeks ago, and the doctor gave me the needed prescription. After my glasses arrived the prescription was wrong. I Don’t recommend this place!

I just picked up my new glasses from Eyestar at Square one and am so happy! I have always (with the exception of one time, which was a huge mistake) purchased my glasses at Eyestar and will continue going back. Rachit is extremely helpful and so was the other associate who was in the store making sure my glasses fit well (I didn't get her name). Everyone is so nice, friendly and make you feel comfortable with your purchase. I highly recommend Eyestar at Square One.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from the Mississauga Square One Location. I wasn't planning on buying anything that day but I saw beautiful blue Fendi frames. They were very unique and I hadn't seen these frames in other optical stores. Janice Mai was the optician who helped me and she was top notch, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I also purchased Tory Burch sunglasses which were exactly what I had been looking for. When I went to pick up my glasses the manager, Rahat Williams, was excited to see who bought the blue Fendi's. My experience was excellent and I would certainly shop at Eyestar Optical again. Thanks Janice and Rahat!

Extremely unprofessional. They gave me a wrong prescription for glasses and contacts (neglected to check for astigmatism). I had to correct this by going to a different optician and spending more money. On top of this, their doctor swore constantly. Shameful.

I had a pair of glasses purchased somewhere else. One lens dropped off as the tiny screw loosed. The lady not only fixed it and tightened the other screw, but also gave me a tiny beautiful screw driver for free so that I can fix the screws myself in the future. Very nice and friendly staff!

Terrible service from Dr Francis Liu. Not professional and recommended laser eye surgery when after seeking 2 opinions was not actually prepared to do so. Do not recommend him to anyone - also after having issues with my prescription issued by him, he promised to reimburse me and after sending receipts. After sending he did not do so. Would not trust this Dr. with my health, and would not refer him to any family/friends.

It was my first visit to Eyestar Optical at the Square One location. I was very amazed at the help, advice and excellent customer service. I purchased a pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses. Mona, Ray, the optician and manager were very nice, professional and very helpful. They were able to assist me with getting the best frames and lens and also were able to get my order in 3 days. The service here is wonderful and I highly recommend this location! I like to send my sincerest thank you for all the staff that helped me at Eyestar Optical at this location!

Went to this place to replace a broken frame under warranty, the employee at this store told me that I can keep the original frame and put new lenses as a backup. paid 475 for new lenses, when I went to pick them up I was told the original frame is not mine to use so I ended up with extra pair of lenses with no frame. I was mislead and feel I got ripped off, I will never go back to this place. They just lost 3 customers and potentially the people that I know.

This company is idiotic. Willing to sell non-prescribed contacts against regulation but demands you open your product & display to them you know how to put on a contact which is not a regulated requirement. Willing to break the law yet dumb to lose a sale on a non regulated policy. Waste of time.

I always stop by to see what they have. But the service is so lackluster its not worth coming in anymore. I had glasses fot a few years now. And last time I came in I asked which ones are female frames because they mixed all the frames together to be organize by brand. They told me to look around. Okay... then procceeds to ask me if im new to glasses and if I knew the difference between plastic and metal. Its like they never really looked at my face to see that im already wearing glasses. Would not recommenf coming here. This place is actually quite expensive and the service is lackluster.
