Friendly, experienced staff! They gave me so many options to try on, I found the perfect pair. They did not pressure me with upsells or gimmicks. I went in to have my new frames adjusted and so glad I came here instead of shopping online!!!! Will definitely be a return customer!

I have worked in Customer Service for over 7 years and was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Eye Care Welland. Chad and Shelly are so helpful and so friendly - each and every time I walked into that building I was greeted by name and with a smile. Their selection of frames is huge and their prices were so affordable - I was very pleasantly surprised by the price I paid for my pair of glasses. I will definitely be going back for my next pair!

I would just say that EYE CARE Welland is a Fantastic and a Superawesome shop in Canada. I had to change my glass with proper degree of eye three times, but the owner always made smile and made me comfortable as " No problem, if you don't feel good, anytime you can come". How great hospitality is... Eventually, he made the right-fit glass for me and now I am greatly satisfying my glass. He must be person who has warm and merciful mind. Thanks again.

I had a little emergency I lost my glasses I called up at this establishment and talk to a lady about the problem I was having I have negative 7.5 Vision so I am legally blind and she basically hung up on me. Never had that happen before would never go here again and I bought a pair of frames than one day never again not go here.

I had such a positive experience at Eye Care Welland, right from walking in to the moment I left. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I just moved to Welland and will be changing my optometrist and optician needs to them. I highly recommend Eye Care Welland.

Lisa was extremely helpful and kind, I also spoke with a woman on the phone on Friday who was lovely aswell. From what I saw in store they have glasses for every budget. I'm so happy I found this place and I look forward to coming in again!

I have been going here for a little over two years ever since we found out my son needed glasses. He was the only one i could find that sold Miraflex lenses which was awesome. I have gone through 5 pairs of glasses in two years for my son and Chad ALWAYS makes us feel welcome and provides nothing but excellent service. I will continue to go there as long as I can becausr of him and his amazing staff. They even went as far as dropping them off at my house when I couldnt make it to Welland. They are absolutely incredible. Nothing but good things to say about them :)

They care what you want, what your looking for and take more than enough time with you in making your decisions. Gem of an eyeglass place! They have a lot of designer frames, excellent Tiffany selection, Kate Spade etc. I paid half of what I usually pay for glasses at the popular franchises.
