Everyone at ECVA is professional and efficient. They really are very organized and explain everything they're doing as they work with you. Dr. Montesanti, in particular, is fantastic. He seems so genuinely kind and sweet and made me feel very comfortable. He also explained very thoroughly a problem I was having on one of my eyes. I am extremely pleased with ECVA as a whole. An assistant has put the eye drops before eye testing, she didn't give me any precautions . When I stepped out of hospital, it was almost invisible all around . They should give instructions to the patient if you can drive or not after using the eye drops.

I saw Montesanti. He was rushing through the visit so fast I can't imagine how he ever would've been able to help me find the problem. He prescribed some drops, I took them just as he ordered, but that did nothing. He said my eye brown spots are a pigment, but they aren't, they were caused by a high blood pressure episode (burst), and so was the redness issue with my eyes, it was all related. I corrected that issue with my high BP by taking Olive Leaf Extract, BP is now normal, and have been working on my eye redness issues by taking Taurine and it has reduced the issue greatly. I've been to several Doctors, this one rushed the most, and I now literally have no faith in Doctors, especially since none of them were able to pinpoint my issue and I've been able to treat it myself with natural supplements, smh. Something is wrong with that picture.

They were awesome. I had something something in my eye for a couple of days. Called on a Friday and within 10 min they called me back and got me in right away. Turned out there was something embedded in the eye so would not have been able to wash out myself. The doctor had to remove it manually. It could have gotten much worse over the weekend.

Dr. David Montesanti is my Eye Doctor, as well as my wife's and my son's. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. He makes you feel important and comfortable in his presence. His nurses and office staff are very good too. They are very professional, courteous and friendly. They treat their patients like they know them by name, and care for their well-being. Recently, I said to one of the nurses who was newly hired that Dr Montesnti employs the best staff. Dr. Montesanti is an excellent eye doctor, if you're looking for one in town. I like him and his staff.
