He was one of the most efficient opticians I’ve had the pleasure to work with, while still providing all the information I needed and swiftly moving through options. Ashu was a HUGE help picking out my new Sunglasses. He went through all the frame details and what markers he was looking for in a frame to fit my face and style. What has literally taken 2hrs in the past was a swift 50min visit to the Akal Optical's office.

My fiance was in an atv accident and broke her glasses, she's basically blind without them. I called to have a replacement pair made and it normally takes 2 weeks due to the prescription. To make a long story short they made her a temporary pair the very next day. The customer service that we received was out of this world ! Thank you again.

Hidden Gem! I didn’t expect a small store to be this good. They carry all the big name brands that I was interested in. But the best part was the customer service. The representative not only had good knowledge of her trade but was super friendly. I’ll definitely come here again. Visited again last month... Got a pair of glasses. Best set of glasses....EVER. Have had about 15 pairs in the last 30 years, but nothing compares to the clarity of these. WOW. Well done, Harjinder... you know your art....

Horrible customer service, unprofessional and disrespectful young staff. On June 9, 2020 I asked for high index plastic lenses quotation. Karan told me to go somewhere else. In 2015 I spent $450 for poly carbonate lenses at this location. Be prepared to waste your time if you wish to visit this place.

I have been going to this location for my family and my glasses and contact lenses for six years. Ashu and Karan always helped to find the best eyewear. I have sent dozens of other customers to them and they all have positive feedback for the quality product and service that this location provides. I found new style frames with high quality lenses. Few times I found some factory issue with the lenses and they replaced them for me free of charge. Great place to buy your glasses and I would really recommend this location.

My family purchased prescription glasses & sunglasses and also changed the lens on glasses (since our eyesight had changed). We were assisted by Ashu, who not only is a great salesman (patient, not pushy, always smiling) but also honest in his feedback. He helped us narrow down on glasses and indicated if something wasn't a good fit. The technician, Karan expertly cut the new lens into an existing frame as well. Overall, we were satisfied, and hope that the quality of the frames, lenses and sunglasses we bought from Akal Optical, Albion Road is as good as the staff/ service we encountered there.
