I am on OSDP and needed glasses. I thought I would try this place since it is close to my house in these tough times with covid-19.When I entered the store a grey hair lady working here was not even wearing a mask and then she put one on when she came over to serve me.The doctor was great, I can't say the same about the staff. When I got my prescription, I went to look at some glass and the lady told me not to touch them,how I am suppose to find glasses without trying them on.When I did find a pair I was told to get the necessary paper work from my case worker and have them fax it to them. Every other eyeglass place they did this for me.So I advise anyone on OPSP to avoid this place.It seems this place thinks there better then people on odsp. I will be going elsewhere for glass in the future.

Will not be going back after the way my situation was handled by one of your employees i felt i was belittled there for the first time i while there and i thought ill give this place a try but will be going back to Wal-mart for glasses at least there they know how to treat people with respect and not give me a hard time because i didn't get the right information when i dropped off my prescription the first time i was there

Went to 3 for 1 Glasses tonight. Walked out in 7 minutes. The staff had no interest in helping us, even after we asked for assistance. Our past experience with this store was not great but the selection was good so we returned. After tonight, we are looking for a new place to shop.

First time using this place after years of looking at them. All staff were friendly, helpful if I needed and were very kind and seemingly efficient. I saw the optician who was also very kind (male) quick but thorough during the eye exam. No problems with prescription on my finished lenses which all 3 took less than 1 week to come in to me. 1 prescription sunglasses, 2 prescription pairs cost me a total of 380, including the eye exam, including a 50$ off coupon from their website. This included my glasses with no special coatings -- and when I went to pick up my glasses you get for free a case for each pair of glasses, a cleaning cloth and a bottle of their cleaning spray. I am very satisfied. Pictures to come when I can use my mobile *update* it took me forever to get the photos up but these 3 frames I got all for the price above and it's been well over a year and ALL frames are still in great condition (no colors peeling or chipping off) the only thing that was cheaply made is their glasses cases which all came apart but it's a free-add in so I wouldn't complain really, but I wouldn't buy a glasses case from here but if theyre tossing them in for free with the glasses, cool!.

Very good experience with the staff at 3 for 1. I had an issue with my new glasses and both the owner and his daughter took their time to ensure that everything was resolved. Was unsure if I would use them again but their professionalism today made me into a repeat customer

Great location for glasses. Been going here for years. Sometimes its a little busy and the staff are busy helping others but they are very professional and happy to help when they are able to do so.

Never been treated worse by someone at an establishment. I don’t know his name, I do not to care at this point either. Not to mention, I’m still stuck with contacts that aren’t the right prescription. I will literally eat the loss and go start over elsewhere so I never have to deal with this person again. They know who he is and how he is, I could tell by the looks the girls at the front counter were giving me while he was acting this way. It’s sad because the girls at the front counter work hard to be kind, then he completely wastes away their work with his anger and impatience. Fabio, you have my number and if you cared to reach out, you would have.

Great customer service ! The lady who served us was extremely nice each time we went . We got our glasses in a timely manner with no problems whatsoever given the circumstances . So many frames to pick from ! Will definitely return in the future!
