Owner was amazing, I had my favorite sunglasses from ages ago and she was able to find me parts and repair them even though they have been discontinued for ages. Though we didn't originally buy the sunglasses from her, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of still, where other places wouldn't put in the effort including the place where we had bought them from originally. I know where all my business will be going in the future now and where to send my friends. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!

Winnie has been a phenomenal business owner. She is patient, smart and she knows what I need as a customer. Great selection of glasses in the store. With recent help from her as my prescription is really complicated, she was able to find a customized contact lens for me. Like always she is amazing as an optimist and as a business owner. I was referred by a friend and I'll have to say this is by far the best optical store I've been to in Canada. Winnie is such a great helper who can provide honest suggestions based on your needs and she's also extremely patient without giving you any pressure. The store also has wide selections so you may probably spend two hours trying on the frames. We ended up buying two brand shades here and were very satisfied with the service.

I'm so happy to find Timeless Optical for all my eye care needs. Winnie is the owner and she is very friendly and very helpful too! My husband and I purchased contact lenses and glasses from Timeless Optical and they were very reasonably priced. Winnie even offered to help me submit my manufacturer's rebate on my behalf. I don't have an optometrist and she recommended me her in-house optometrist who comes every other week. Dr. Johal is also very friendly and offered me suggestions on how to treat dry eyes. I've been recommending Timeless Optical to my family and friends.

Came in to check my PD and these guys did it twice just to make sure it was correct. Plus it was done for free. I cannot recommend them enough just for their customer service alone! They also have a huge selection of brand name glasses with competitive prices. Go no where else if you live in New Westminster!

Amazing service and great quality. They have got a great collection and provide superb service and support. The prices are very fair. Winnie is very friendly and efficient. My optometrist gave me a wrong power card and I figured it only when my new glasses were ready. Winnie was so accomodating that she re-did my glasses after I got my eye exam again and did not charged anything extra for that. I will be definitely revisiting this place for all my eye care needs. My hubby and I both came here for our optical needs. The staff is amazing! Friendly, efficient, cares about your needs. Very informative which made me feel at ease and I just loved the selection and options available! Also they were so accommodating that if they don’t have what you want in stock, it may be ordered! Not only that, it’s so convenient as if you’re going though your work benefits, depending on who you benefit with they can actually charge the benefit program direct! I will definitely be coming back for all my optical needs! Thank u guys! ????????

I have problem eyes and hence demand fitting eye wares. Getting it right usually mean multi times of trial and errors. Therefore finding a shop that is willing to work with you to get it right is hard especially when you are on a budget. Timeless has wide selections and brands to suit just about everyone. I found what I wanted and they took the time to make it right to fit me. Special order the frame and lens to make me see better and looks good with it. I do recommend this place to anyone who require eye wares. At least is worth a look even if you are just browsing for some shades. BTW the person who service me was Winnie.

First time customer at Timeless Optical, vast selection of frames available, reasonably priced. Dealt with Winnie and found her to be very helpful and informative a non-pressured sales environment. I spend most of the day visiting other major optical suppliers and felt very pressured to purchase expensive brand name frames and ended up wasting most of the day., I had chosen the frames that best suited my taste, comfort level and budget, in just over 30 min. In less than 3 days my glasses arrived, very happy with the quality and result. I would recommend that if you are in the market for new eye glasses take the time to visit Timeless Optical before purchasing from the major optical stores.

I have never had such a great experience buying glasses. The female optican helped me pick out two great pairs, billed my insurance directly, and was very friendly and kind. When I went to pick up my glasses, the male optican spent time ensuring that my glasses fitted great. They also noticed that I love colour, and ensured that the cleaning cloths matched my glasses. What a great touch! I'm definitely recommending this optican to anyone who will listen.

Good selection of brands (Ray Ban, Oakley, Maui Jim, Kate Spade, Hugo Boss, David Beckham, Tiffany & Co., etc.). Drive all the way from Van to come here! Got my Gucci glasses here recently at a very good price. The Asian lady (probably the owner) who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I am a picky shopper so I literally tried on over 20 different ones but she was still very patient with her customer and helpful. LOL Highly recommend this place!
