they can't find the time to answer the phone apparently...I'm a great distance away...can't very well travel there to find the doors closed...poor way to operated a business

The most HORRIBLE customer service ever. I will never go back to this shop. After 6 weeks of trying to get an answer, there were still too busy, and rarely answer the phone. They will never get my business again, and I will never recommend this shop to any of my friends.

This was my preferred shop before a move took me out of the province. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the firearms inventory frequently features items that you will never find in a big-box store. I learned how to reload at this shop, and when the lesson was done, I was provided with some free components to get me started-- it is the personal touches like this that brought me back again and again.

Friendly staff but little inventory. They were out of a lot of common ammo. No .223, .44 magnum, 7.62x54R/39, 9mm or .45. No bulk ammo, no semi autos, no surplus rifles, overpriced magazines ($40 Pmags). Won't be going back

Love this place and the people. Great selection of guns, cleaning kits, ammo and accessories. They do bulk orders on ammo, get unique and interesting guns on consignment and frankly love to chat about anything gun or hunting related. Prices are fair and sometimes even low for what you expect on quality items. This is a go-to place for me.

Buyers beware! 5 days after trying to give them my money I get to the end of the transaction with them. Why it took so long was not on my part. My response. Thank you for your reply. I purchased a different one after trying since Friday morning to purchase from your shop. I understand business can be busy at times but a customer over phone and email is just as important as the next. Not a good way to do business on your part. Not only will I Never be purchasing from your store but I will be leaving a Google review as well. Try a little harder next time. Very disappointed in the way you treat your customers. All said and done I hope for your success in the future.

I had took my .22 lr in about 3 months ago for cleaning and a mag latch repair and he said he had test fired my gun just last week and it worked I get it back in go to try it and it won't fire and can't hear the click of the firing pin setting either poor work if you ask me.

Do not bother, it will not be worth it. Mid October 2019 to Mid May 2020 they had my rifle. It just needed a spring (for a very common make of rifle) and all I received were excuses, if I got a hold of someone. When I picked up my rifle to take it elsewhere, the magazine was "MISSING". $80.00 + tax to replace that. So no easy fix, wasted my time AND I was stolen from. If you read this and still do business there, you were forewarned !! (If - stars were an option, -5 stars)
