This experience started with the sales lady posting a claim on my insurance before I had even selected the frames I wanted, I guess this is some sort of sales tactic to prevent me from going somewhere else??? I did let this go eventuallyand called to order the frames I wanted when I was sure. Then after waiting for 4 weeks I called to get an update and found out 2 sets of frames had come in (2 sizes) for me to try on, how long would it have been before someone called me I guess I'll never know.. Now I am told it will be another 2 weeks to get the lenses cut. So I canceled my order and will be waiting for my $600 to go back to my insurance so I can get glasses some where else.

Dr. Henderson has been my optometrist for years, she has always done a fantastic job. She takes her time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly, and corrects any issues I may have without question. I take the hour trip in to Saint John to come to here because that is how much I like this office.

Everyone here is always helpful and pleasant. They take the time to discuss options and explain things. They have adjusted my glasses several times at no charge even though it was entirely my fault they got bent. When I broke my frames they were able to get me an inexpensive pair and cut down the lenses to fit. Definitely going to get a second pair here.

Exceptional Service! Eye-Exam was thorough and used newer technology and machines. The optometrist was very friendly, attentive and took the time to understand my specific requirements. If that wasn't already great, the aftersales service is the best I've ever had! I had multiple issues with my eyes adapting to different lenses and they were completely understanding and went above and beyond to solve the problem at no cost to me. Amazing Team and Service!!
