Buddy says that the reviews doesnt hurt his business and i'm not here to hurt his business but i am here to save the people who spend big money on fire arms a heads up.. If they do read the reviews, i can understand the people who gave 5 stars because you got what you ordered and perfect smooth sailing :) but if you get a gun that is missing something or gave you the wrong model, and you can't really check it until you get home cuz of covid and he won't let you inside so i'm warning you with an honest sincere heart that you will not get any help or exchange or refund or anything if there is a mess up , it's better to spend the 50 extra bucks at wherever else then gamble with your money with this guy. I don't want to have to say to another person i told you so. He does not care about the customer your only money to him and he's friendly and helpful until you have a problem then your on your own..

I ordered online a rifle and a red dot scope. Before sending them the money by Interac (which is the only way they accept money online, a very risky way for a buyer), I sent them an email asking them to confirm that the items are still in stock and there is no problem with my PAL. Not only I didn't get any answer from them, but they simply erased my order! Something doesn't seem right with these people, stay away from them!

Was a little leery about e-transfer, but I gave it a shot and couldn't be happier. Shipping went super smooth as well. Package was posted right away after payment and arrived a week earlier than expected. Packaging was definitely ample to protect my property as well. Would definitely use their services again.

I've purchased a couple of firearms from Dr. Deals now and have had a great experience! My first shotgun had a small mix up in the chokes from the factory but it was quickly resolved and another choke was sent to me at no cost from the business. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them!

I bought an item for a few hundred dollars, once received the item was broken and very rusty, not usable! They don't want to take their responsibility, and hang up on the phone ! worst service I have ever had! then the formal notice is the way !!!!

Had issues with the shipping address so I called the doctor to rectify the problem. He was very helpful at sorting everything out and made sure Canada post had the correct mailing address.

He is dishonest about his price. Was lowering them online while is store was close due to covid. As soon as the door open he raise all the price back up. Won't honour is website price.

Bought a new lazer xt10, inside of barrel has big gash on inside of it and doctor deals told me I had to email rep from a different company. Still have not recieved a response after 3 weeks and have a paperweight for a shotgun now. Support a more legitimate business with your hard earned money. Someone that will stand behind the products they sell.

NOT a great store, unfortunately. Bad client service. Received an item NOT as described on their website. Called once, was told to send comment on their contact page on their website. I did that, never got a response back. Called again, and essentially was told that it was not their problem, so... Well, that definitely is the last time I will do business with them. Save your time and money, shop elsewhere.

I was a little concerned ordering a rifle from doctor deals after seeing a few bad reviews. But I am so happy I did, stock and barrel are flawless. Shipping was fast, price was great. I will definitely be buying from them again!

I would recommend dr deals to everyone. Very honest guys. I over paid with etransfer and john call me to tell me. Most places wouldnt let u know and keep the $$ but he called me to tel me. Bought a few guns there before i will go back. Could not ask for better service.

Great Prices on firearms, fast shipping. Just MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR FIREARM RETURN POLICY... (There are no returns) I got stuck with a BRAND NEW SHOTGUN that out of the box did not lockup properly and was too dangerous to shoot. Was told it was not their problem and to ship it to the manufacturer myself.... not that great of a deal when I pay twice for shipping in a week. Manufacturer replacing entire bolt assembly. Not terribly impressed. Read the fine print.
