I was really impressed by this store. They stock alot of new equipment but their trade-in and secondhand stuff makes for a wonderful browsing opportunity. You literally never know what you'll find and that makes it a bit of a treasure hunt. Given the quality of the merchandise they have in stock I can only assume they're paying well to get it because none of the other shops in town have stuff this nice.

been going to this pawn shop for a long time now always had a great experience and left happy until today. i tried to pawn a ps3 few weeks ago and was told a price they could give me unfortunately i had no controller for ps3 so they could not pawn so i came back today with all the same stuff and of course controller and was only offered half what i was offered before. this is not how you do business and i will not be doing business with this store again. very unfortunate because ive been a great customer and when it came to pawning or selling i always went here first. now i am in the market for a new more professional place to do business with

I was impressed last year, and both buying and my first sale here but today after discussing with the owner during my first sale to bring in the bulk of my old or unionized stuff, the treatment was the opposite. They eyeball the quantity, started in with complaints that it was too much, sighing, and generally making me feel like I was inconveniencing them to the point I eventually just packed it all in and left. Something that was fun and interesting, giving me extra cash for stuff they can easily markup 50% or more, was turned into a hassle I'd rather have avoided. If I ever return, I will see if the owner is in. Oh, and they in no way offered to help me look through or even reload my car (the handicap spot is directly out their front door, but other customers actually were the only ones who even offered to hold the door).

I am from Fredericton but I've never been to Digital World before I came home from Alberta 2 years ago. From my very first experience til now, I've always been greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The ladies, Sabrina and Ashley are amazing and really know the true meaning of customer service. I deal mostly with them but on the rare occasion that the ladies are not there, the gents show awesome customer service as well. Great place for pretty much any pawn needs basically. They have a huge assortment of movies, games, consoles, computers, computer parts, musical instruments etc. Nice thing too is they’ll haggle on SOME prices which is sometimes nice. Depending on the day some of the staff can be not as helpful which is to be expected honestly, but 95% of the time they’re on-point and ready to help. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, easy to find products.

Went into Digital World to trade some items for some Switch games and Accessories. Mark greeted me at the trade counter and was very quick to get to work pricing all my items and very clearly gave me prices on each item so I could select items to trade towards my purchase as I had some stuff that I didn't want to sell unless I needed the credit. I definitely recommend Digital World if you're trading Electronics or Games and want to trade towards new items as they'll give you a bit more if you elect to take store credit or trade towards something instead of cash. Been dealing with Digital World for many years and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. They always have interesting things in stock and it changes daily. it's worth checking out either online at 455cash.com or in store. Had the same experience at the northside location Evergreen Traders and will be leaving a glowing review for them as well. Great job and thanks for the great service!

was not happy with the service had an item listed on line as in stock went to the store they said they did not have it also could not offer a alternative item for the same price no one seemed to know where anything was took 20 minutes to even get an answer, the store was not busy when I was there. I will give it another try should I need something else. at least they did have a ton of stuff to check out.

Good service, experienced and knowledgeable staff. Prices are high, but if you look hard, there's usually a good deal on something! Pawn rates are decent, especially over the short term. Excellent warranty. Edit: the "skinny-as-a-rail" manager has always personalized my visits, looking up any information he doesn't know on-hand immediately.

Great little store. My first time in was for a computer part they did not have but I spent an hour and a half browsing and left with a bag full of goodies. Great, helpful, honest staff and just a fun place to shop. Going back soon 'cause I want to build a computer and they probably have all I need.

Just left digital world, trying to sell a phone. I wasn’t bothered by the fact they wouldn’t take it because of a small crack, I’m very bothered by the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They girl with the short black hair and heart tattoo on her face was absolutely rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Made me feel terrible while leaving. Won’t be going back there.

Lots of goodies. I bought most of my recent physical game collection from here. You can check the disc condition of dvds easily if you're picky about that. Good place for a used guitar if interested in learning but not sure if you'll stick with it. Haven't sold anything but I plan to go here to downsize. They're very helpful and knowledgeable, so you can ask them anything!

Absolutely horrible people they gave me a price over the phone on how much gold was and when I went in they changed the price then jerkd me around and the little Chinese girl who works in the pawn side of things is extremely ignorant she should not work with public she should be locked away somewhere in a room packing boxes and the larger man who was apearantly the manager looked like he should slow down on the cheeseburgers and take a shower his smell made me and my son both almost sick this whole place needs to rethink their employees and perhaps lay a few off because they are obviously on drugs if they can't remember a price they quoted a half hour ago

I have only had great experiences at Digital World and my latest interaction was no exception. Our studio had technical difficulties with our stereo system and the staff at Digital World were unbelievably helpful and efficient in finding us a reasonably priced solution. Ryan Hossack came to the studio on several occasions until the optimal system was found and was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Fredericton area!

I Recently received service from Digital World that requires a public review. So I totally destroyed my iPhone 8 and was in a pinch as I run a business off my phone and needed an immediate replacement. My hours are early and run late and there was no way of replacing this phone til my next day off …being a Sunday when everything is closed of course. I quickly messaged a Dear friend who works at Digi and she responded with a few quick options for me to get out of this pickle. Here is the cherry on the top … dearest friend then LEAVES WORK to DELIVER new iPhone to me at My place of work. Payment upon delivery and within in a matter of minutes I was back up and live. Don’t sell your stuff here if you’re looking for a decent price. This store seen better days in business. They also barely if never answer the phone..so hope you got extra cash for gas to get an answer. Edit: Walked in a snowstorm to get some extra cash, Called ahead to make sure price was going to be the same..was told 10-15$ to sell my GTA V over the phone, Got to the store and was told only $5. Biggest waste of time. Still not worth going to digital world or any other pawnshop in Fredericton. Talk to the owner before you sell anything, Or better yet just sell it online and get your moneys worth. Also if you feel the need to review like I do you’ll likely get a temporary ban from selling or pawning at evergreen and digital world if it’s anything negative.

My girlfriend and I were sceptical about buying something from a pawn shop but let me tell you we were surprised when we received our nintendo 3dsxl. Honest listing, said in like new condition and it truly was. Can't find a single scratch or buff mark on this thing. Just witnessed a young girl 4 maybe 5 with her parents keep in mind this is a pawnshop/Music store so she picks up a harmonica and harmlessly blows into it for a moment whe an employee races over and take it and says now that she blew in it would have to be thrown out or paid for. NO signs posted anywhere ... thought that was terrible customer service instantly left.

It's hit or miss, sometimes you get really amazing deals and sometimes they are charging more for something used then it is new, good selection of video games and a great selection of guitars but make sure you know how much something is worth before you buy it.
