I ordered glasses online which were loose on me. so I went here and the nice lady tightened it for free!!! I was shocked! such nice service and I noticed they had love sunglasses selection as well!

Receptionist was rude on the phone and even worse in person. Ordered contacts a week and a half ago. She said they weren't in yet over the phone so I went in person and guess what she just didn't bother checking. They were there. Will never go back there again. Totally unprofessional!!!!!

Terrible. Go somewhere else. Got the WRONG prescription from Navdeep Singh, then he tried to tell me it was kinda my fault (you're the professional optometrist here, not me). He even got the PD wrong! Had to send two sets of glasses back because of him. Save yourself some time and go somewhere better. Overpriced at $110. He has all the tech, and yet here we are with the wrong measurement you could do with a ruler!

Having had two very bad experiences at routine eye exams I procrastinated about getting another exam from someone I hadn't gone to before. Dr. Singh was recommended to me by a friend. The whole experience was interactive and upbeat. I do recommend this Dr.

I decided to try this optometry since we are new to Nanaimo. But I felt a little rushed when I went to the office. Office staff was friendly, but I wished I have had more explanation about how to take good care of my eyes considering I have family history of glaucoma.

they dilated my eyes for the test. my first ever. i was stuck at the mall for quite a while afterwards, couldn't even read my credit cards. my eyes were perfect. then I was blind. let's call it a success.

Dr. Singh and his staff are absolutely amazing - professional, knowledgeable, quick, and friendly! They are also really great with children. Due to the staffs patience and enthusiasm, our little boys were very comfortable and calm. I highly recommend this clinic and have been back many times ????

Dr. Singh is a competent optometrist! Not sure what training and where but it is evident given his notice of an unusual and apparent eye abnormality. This resulted in an eventual referral to a neuro-opthomologist and treatment which addressed both eventual vision loss and existing idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Thank you Dr. Singh!

I wouldn't waste my time or money going to this doctor. He doesn't seem authentic. Was over an hour late then rushed me. Seems like he just wants to get as many patients but the quality of care isnt there. The staff are also really unprofessional and talk about their personal lives and gossip loudly in the waiting area. Wont be wasting my time here again.
