I am so impressed with Arlene Miller! Excellent service, quick, knowledgeable and very personable. The moment I walked in I was greeted and within the first few minutes Arlene was asking about my needs and showing her recommended products. I felt very comfortable, and safe. All Covid protocols were followed. She help me choose frames and gave the best advice in regards to warranties etc. Great experience, I will be back.

We had a phenomenal experience here in Moose Jaw! Arleen was absolutely fantastic with my daughter. We were needing contacts in a short timeframe due to a trip to Japan. Arleen fit her in and then the follow up visit, she gave her multiple pairs to try for here and abroad. There was no charge for the dailies she sent her. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Just received the worst service in the history of customer service. Called in regarding some questions about their online return policies and the store associate talked over me the entire duration of the call. Read aloud the product numbers and before I could even finish reading them, she was already talking over me stating they did not carry them. I understand they don't carry them but I don't understand why she couldn't let me even finish talking before rudely interrupting and talking over me. Will never call or go into that store again. Cannot believe how rude she was. I'm actually disgusted. Perhaps they should consider moving her to the back where she does not interact with customers to any extent.

Good service. Great staff. Was impressed that the staff believed they were unable to get replacement lenses aligned to her satisfaction and suggested sending them to the factory for fitting. I agreed even though I would have to revert to my old glasses. Returned very quickly.
